Thelma Cookston
Thelma Blythe Perry Cookston of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Marked Tree, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Family Funeral Care in Memphis with burial following in Memorial Park.
Mrs. Cookston, 97, a homemaker, was a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church. The widow of William O. Perry and Joe J. Cookston, she leaves three daughters, Clara Lee Whitmore and Camellia Harrison, both of Memphis, and Elizabeth "Libby" Wren of West Memphis, and eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to the Memphis Jewish Home.
Posquina Baldi
Posquina Bari Baldi of Meridian, Idaho, formerly of Marion, died Saturday at Beehive Homes.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Roller-Citizens Chapel with burial following in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
Mrs. Baldi, 92, a homemaker, was a member of Apostolic Bible Church in Meridian. The widow of Celeste Baldi, she leaves three daughters, Kathryn Mascroft of Meridian, Teresa Franks of Princeton, West Va., and Mary Ann Cabellero of River Ridge, La.; two sons, David Baldi of Jackson, Miss., and John Baldi of Lakeland, Tenn.; a sister, Lena Sago of Lebanon, Ore.; a brother, Vince Bari Jr. of Marion, and 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Association or to a charity of the donor's choice.

Rosie Casalman
Rosie Bell Casalman of Earle died Monday in Parkin.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gibson Bayou cemetery in Earle.
Mrs. Casalman, 80, a homemaker, was a member of Bethany Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Earle and the church's Ladies Auxiliary. She leaves her husband, A.G. Casalman; three daughters, Shirley Ann Hulen of Flippin and Patricia Ann Vannatter and Tina Marie Casalman, both of Earle; seven sons, Russell Paul Partain Jr. of Trumann, Walter Arnold Partain of Stuttgart, Al Partain of McMinnville, Tenn., Troy Edward Partain, James William Partain and Rickey Lynn Casalman, all of Earle, and Albert Glenn Casalman of Parkin; three sisters, Mildred Baker and Nadine Stroud, both of Spiro, Okla., and Junie Ferrell of Irving, Texas; two brothers, Tommy Swinney of Spiro and Johnny Churchwell of Jonesboro, and 34 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Carl "Sonny" Edward Sayre Jr. of Proctor died Saturday at the Memphis Regional Medical Center.

Beauty Bailey of Parkin died Tuesday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital.
