HARRISBURG -- Hanna Nicole LeeAnn James, infant daughter of April James of Harrisburg, died Thursday, Sept. 22 in Jonesboro.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her maternal grandparents, Gerald and Nancy Smith of Harrisburg and George and Tammy Ballard James of Harrisburg.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home, with David Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the Holly Springs Cemetery.

JONESBORO -- James "Jim" Lewis, 84, of Jonesboro died Friday, Sept. 23, at his residence.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Emerson Funeral Home.
Jerry Don Mason
PARAGOULD -- Jerry Don Mason, 47, of Paragould died Thursday, Sept. 22, at his residence.
Born at Paragould, he was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Merenia Mason of the home; a stepson, Robert Thigpen of Paragould; two stepdaughters, Merenia Crocker of Paragould and Leila Thigpen of Pine Bluff; his father and stepmother, Clinton and Essie Mason of Arbyrd, Mo.; a sister, Retha Ladyman of Paragould; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pearl Mason, and a brother.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould, with Arie Davis and Henry Housler officiating. Burial will follow in Hartsoe Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Leslie Mayhew Sr.
HARDY -- Leslie Mayhew Sr., 76, of Hardy, died Friday, Sept. 23 at Baxter Regional Hospital in Mountain Home.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Heath Oak Hill Chapel Funeral Home.
Jewell McCullough
PIGGOTT -- Jewell McCullough, 95, of Piggott died Friday, Sept. 23, at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
She was born at Earle.
Survivors include three sons, John McCullough of Hot Springs, Wilson E. McCullough of Stoutsville, Mo., and A.J. McCullough of Elisnore, Mo.; two daughters, Mildred Dahlgren of Poplar Bluff and Lena "Totsy" Causey of Piggott; two sisters, Frances McCullough of Eupora, Miss., and Ruby Snider of Memphis; a brother, Joe Sanders of California; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson McCullough; two daughters, Hazel Williams and Maydean Turner; her parents, Joe Robert and Irene Summer Scott; three brothers; two sisters; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott. Burial will be in Piggott Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today.
Bill Phipps
JONESBORO -- Bill Phipps, 67, of Jonesboro died Friday, Sept. 23, at Lakeside Nursing Center in Lake City.
Born at Jonesboro, he was a retired truck driver, of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two daughters, Vicki Tyler and Patti Dobson, both of Jonesboro; and three grandchildren, Jordan Tyler, Jackson Tyler and Payne Tyler, all of Jonesboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Tina Kisling Phipps, and a sister.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Roller-Farmers Union Chapel, with Dub Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Steve Tyler, Mark Dobson, Tim Gibson, Ronnie Slaven, Ray Lewis Phipps and Junior Taylor.
Jim Merriman will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Betty Ferrell Ragsdell
HOXIE -- Betty Ferrell Ragsdell, 71, of Hoxie, died Friday, Sept. 23, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center.
Born at Delaplaine, she resided at Jonesboro before moving to Hoxie. She was a retired teacher, receiving her B.A. and M.A. at Arkansas State University. She was a member of the League of Women Voters, chairperson of District One of the Republican Party and a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Walnut Ridge.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Waldman of Stamford, Conn., and Elizabeth Reardon of Plymouth, Mass.; a sister, Bonnie Burns of Walnut Ridge; two brothers, Gerald Ferrell of Walnut Ridge and John Ferrell of Englewood, N.J.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Paxton I. Roach; and her parents, Carl and Ruby Connelly Ferrell.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Walnut Ridge, with Mark Harris officiating. Burial will be in Lawrence Memorial Park. House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

JONESBORO -- Mary Jean Smith, 38, of Jonesboro died Friday, Sept. 23, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.

Arlis Glen Anderson
TRUMANN -- Arlis Glen Anderson, 86, of Trumann died Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the family residence.

Bernice Ray "Sue" Austin
JONESBORO -- Bernice Ray "Sue" Austin, 84, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, Oct. 25, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born at Sardis, Tenn., he moved to Paragould in 1954 and then to Jonesboro in 1968. He was an Army veteran of World War II, where he served in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe, and the Ardennes Campaigns. He was awarded five Bronze Stars for the campaigns. He was a retired automobile mechanic and worked many years for Abernathy Motor Company in Jonesboro. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Pauline Austin of the home; a daughter, Annette Austin of Jonesboro; three sons, Bobby Austin, Jerry Austin and Jeffrey Austin, all of Paragould; two grandchildren, Sherry Paczosa and Brian Austin, both of Paragould; and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dovie Austin; a sister; and a brother.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Tony Hogue officiating. Burial will follow in Nettleton Cemetery
with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Melton, Bruce Moore, David Price, Bennie Branch, Jerry Austin and Jeffrey Austin.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Wilma Yvonne Bice
LEACHVILLE -- Wilma Yvonne Bice, 69, of Leachville died Wednesday, Oct. 26, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born at Newark, she had been a Leachville resident since 1984. She was a retired stock controller for Arlee Manufacturing and a member of the Church of Christ Faith.
Survivors include three sons, Donald Luster of Jonesboro, Timothy Looney of Gobbler, Mo., and Jason Bice of Caraway; two daughters, Patricia Brandon of Arbyrd, Mo., and Lorrie King of Leachville; two brothers, William Looney of Clover Bend and Norman Looney of Van Buren, Mo.; two sisters, Norma Blassingame of Leachville and Mary Dill of Coloma, Mich.; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nora Gilliam Looney; and a daughter, Deloris Luster.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Monette Cemetery
with the Rev. Russell Rhodes officiating. Howard Funeral Service of Leachville is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
