DeLuryea
CABOT -- Robert Lee DeLuryea, 34, of Cabot, formerly of Rector, died Friday, June 11, near Cabot.
He was born at Laredo, Texas, and was an automobile salesman. He had lived in Cabot 14 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Cobi Ann DeLuryea of Cabot; his father and stepmother, John D. and Nancy DeLuryea of Rector; his mother, Rosa Marie Maldanado of Laredo; three brothers, John D. DeLuryea Jr. of Surprise, Ariz., Kevin English of Hensley and Ty Hardin of Rector; and one sister, Deena Glauberg of North Little Rock.
He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Deloris "Sis" Beckley DeLuryea.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Irby Funeral Home in Rector, with Ardell Polk officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Heights Cemetery
at Rector.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Evans
CONCORD --Mary Magdalene Martin Evans, 97, of Concord, died Friday, June 11.
She was born in Alabama and was a homemaker and member of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Banner.
Survivors include four sons, Elden Evans of Drasco, John Evans of Scotland, Eugene Evans of North Little Rock and Tom Evans of the home; two daughters, Ellene Cox of Floral and Mary Dene Rhodes of Overland Park, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 11 stepgreat-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Franklin Evans, her parents, her stepmother, a daughter, three brothers, one sister, three half brothers, two half sisters, a grandson and a great-great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mount Zion Baptist Church at Banner, with Bill Kreis and Jerry Millikin officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery
under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Batesville.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

NEWPORT -- James N. Free, 74, of Newport died Friday, June 11, at his home.
He was a retired farm equipment mechanic and salesman and was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. He was a co-owner of the Riverboat Club.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Free of the home; two sons, Jimmy Dale Free of Newport and Rick Mathis Free of Jonesboro; a daughter, Ann Maxwell of Burke, Va.; three brothers, Don Free of Topeka, Kan., C.W. Free of Beedeville and Bill Park of Newport; a sister, Dorothy Bone of McCrory; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jamie Free; his father and stepmother, Clyde Free and Nellie Houchin Free; his mother and stepfather, Frank Harvey Buford and Ethel Foushee Free Buford; and a sister.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dillinger Funeral Home in Newport, with Rodney Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Larry Nicholson, Nicky Joe Miller, Stanley James, Burton Ford, Jimmy Ballard, Bill Wooton and Jerry Page.
Honorary pallbearers will include Ronnie Smotherman, Carlon James and Bob Cox.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Gann
HARRISBURG -- Delmer E. Gann, 78, of Harrisburg died Friday, June 11, at the Trumann Health and Rehab Center.
Born at Ravenden Springs, he spent most of his life in Harrisburg. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a farmer, Mason and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Steve Gann of Harrisburg; one daughter, Sharon Secrease of Harrisburg; two sisters, Helen Kemper of Trumann and Marion Whitt of Harrisburg; one brother, Russell Gann of Pacific, Mo.; three grandchildren, Susan Taylor, Jenifer Andrews and Steven Gann; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Patterson Gann, and his parents, Marion and Birdie Gann.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Weston Funeral Service chapel in Harrisburg, with the Rev. Captain Lovell officiating. Burial will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Hazlewood
BROOKLAND -- Ollie M. "Pat" Hazlewood, 70, of Brookland died Thursday, June 10, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Hendrix
MARKED TREE -- Elsie Hendrix, 91, of Marked Tree died Friday, June 11, at Johnson Hobson Care Inn in Marion.
She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Marked Tree Garden Club and First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include four sisters, Elizabeth Conrad, Betty Allensworth, Patsy Spicer and Norma Johnson, all of West Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ples Hendrix, one brother and one sister.
Private graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today in Marked Tree Cemetery, with Dan Burfield officiating.
Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
Jennings
James F. Jennings Jr., 78, of Jonesboro died Friday, June 11, at his residence.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
Johnson
PARAGOULD -- Raymond Earl Johnson, 56, of Paragould died Thursday, June 10, at Beverly Healthcare in Jonesboro.
A native of Paragould, he was a factory worker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Robert Johnson of Jonesboro; two daughters, Heather Johnson and Jennifer Amos, both of Paragould; his mother, Estell Johnson of Paragould; two brothers, Leslie Johnson and Chester "Bill" Johnson, both of Paragould, and one sister, Carolyn Johnston of Paragould.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Johnson.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Gainesville Cemetery, with Marc Reeves officiating. The procession will leave Mitchell Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Lamb
ARNOLD, Mo. -- Marie Lamb, 81, of Arnold, formerly of Corning, died Thursday, June 10, at her residence.
Born at Neodesha, Kan., she was a retired Wal-Mart employee and a Baptist.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Foresyth of Arnold and Sue Ketner of White Wright, Texas; one sister, Erma Cupit of Garland, Texas; one brother, Lewis Jones of Garland; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Lamb; one son, Gary Lamb; and her parents, Lewis and Flossie Jones Claud.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ermert Funeral Home chapel in Corning, with the Rev. Carl Thomason officiating. Burial will follow in Corning Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
