Graveside services will be 10:30 AM Saturday November 5, 2011 at Able Cemetery with Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Mr. Brogden is survived by his daughter, Shona Brogden- Stirbl and husband, Robert C. Stirbl of Pasadena, CA, two sons, Wilburn C Brogden and his wife Cathy Brogden of Montgomery, AL, and Edward Brogden of Berkeley, CA, three grandchildren, John David Brogden, Christina Brogden, and Diana Brogden, sisters, Betty Baldwin and Mary Sue Brown of Andalusia, AL. Pallbearers will be Robert Stirbl, Donnie Sharpe, Wilburn C. Brogden, Joe B. Brogden, Phillip Brogden, and Alan Brown. Mr. Brogden was the former District Attorney of Covington County, and retired after 28 years from the legal department of the State of Alabama Department of Transportation. COLE, Dimple E. Beverly, 85, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, passed away peacefully Nov. 1, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William O. "Buck" Cole. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Martha Puckett, Blanche Hodge, Mary Lou Clark and Jodie Watson and her brothers, Bill, John and Roy Beverly. She is survived by her children, Ann Arrington, Don Cole and wife, Dawn, and Marie Phelps and husband, David. She is also survived by eight wonderful grandchildren, Eddie and Brad Arrington, Traci McCormick, Mark Cole, April Adams, Jonathan Phelps, Tamara and Matt Keenum. She was blessed to be the great-grandmother to Savannah and Heather Adams, Seth and Hayden Arrington, Riley and Brody Phelps, Cole, Tyler, Abby, Max and Emma McCormick, Kaylee and Cayden Keenum. OWENS, Raymond Walter, a resident of Autauga County, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 27, 2011, at the age of 65 years old. He is survived by his wife, Frances Victoria Baxley; a daughter, Kristy Caradori; a sister, Patricia Louise Eller; three brothers, Steven Drew Owens, Craig Allen Owens, and Willis Godfrey Owens, Jr., all from North Carolina. Mr. Owens is also survived by 3 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, 1 niece, 4 nephews, 6 great-nieces, and 1 great-nephew. Mr. Owens was a retired State of Alabama employee. He worked most of his career for the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. ANDREWS, William Wallace, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 28th surrounded by his family after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was born on February 4, 1925 in Bay Minette, Alabama to Joseph and Eliza Andrews. He was a member of the Fultondale Church of Christ having served as a minister and elder for various churches of Christ for the past sixty years. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Fay (Patterson), sons Charles (Patti), Joe (Margaret), Steve (Alison) and a daughter Katie Evans. He had twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is survived by her step sons, Don Griffith and Sydney Griffith; step daughter, Nell Campbell; sisters, Mildred Nichols and Dot Dilly (Harold); brother, Homer Sexton (Louise); nieces, Sherry Bryant, Shawn Tebbetts, Dawn Sexton, Gayle Grayson, Wanda Head and Beverly Balentine and nephews, Dennis Dilly, Byron Owens and Ronnie Todd. Mrs. Griffith was a Charter member of Danielville Baptist Church and attended services there her entire life. MILLIGAN, John H. of Montgomery, AL, actor, storyteller, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2011.
"All the world's a stage" and in his life he had many roles. Born on March 3, 1931 in Vancouver, BC, Canada, he was a graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Acting School in England and acted in many roles on Broadway, off Broadway, TV and regional theatres, (including the Alabama Shakespeare Festival) across the United States, Canada and Europe. The world was his "stage". He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Marjorie Milligan, and three brothers. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (forever and a day), two daughters, Carol (Stefano), Kirste (Riccardo), 3 grandchildren, 1 stepson, Jim Rawls, (Judith), 1 stepdaughter, Tammy Boothe (David) 4 step grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren, 2 brothers-in-law and families, 2 sisters-in-law and families, cousins; neighbors and friends and his caregiver, Selena Dubose. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, at Dalraida United Methodist Church with Reverend Ed Deabler and Dr. Rick Marshall officiating. THOMPSON, Mr. Mackey age 73 a resident of Millbrook , AL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 7 p.m with Dr. Jim Graham officiating.
Burial will follow at a later date. Mackey was retired from Heil Company and Word Lumber Comapany.
He was an avid horse enthusiast and loved the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents Burnell & Willie Mae Moss Thompson, son Tim Thompson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Geraldine Thompson of Millbrook, AL, sons Evett Thompson (Leann) of Shiloh, AL, Chris Thompson of Millbrook, AL, granddaughter Amanda Romine (Andrew) of Birmingham, AL, great grandsons Cash & Jax Romine of Birmingham, AL, aunt Ozeal Wilks of Belvidere, IL.

HARDIN, Mary Louise Sharits (SEABURY), age 85, died on October 31st, 2011, at 3:30 PM in Montgomery, Montgomery County, Alabama.
She was retired from the law firm of Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, where she had been employed for over 40 years.
She is survived by her close friend, Thomas A. Hardin, her children and their spouses, as follows: Allison Turnipseed Seabury, daughter-in-law and widow of Glen Seabury, Jr., Kathryn S. Vass, David Christopher Seabury and wife, Debra Seabury, and Elaine Suzanne Cockrell and husband, Edwin Cockrell, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sister Ellen Sharits Stein and husband, David Stein, and her sister, Dianne Sharits Hawes.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
And last but certainly not least, she is survived by her dearest and beloved best friend, Jan Davis.
Services will be held at 11:00 Friday morning at Leak-Memory Chapel, Montgomery, Alabama, with Reverend Gary Burton presiding.
Visitation will be at Leak-Memory Chapel one hour prior to services.
Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak law firm.
The family requests the omission of flowers, although donations may be made to one's favorite charity.
A special thank you to Dr. Reynaldo Rodriguez who worked so hard to help save her life and, in fact, did so several times over.
We have much gratitude for the extra time granted.
She will be missed by the countless lives she touched in so many ways, at so many times, with a heart dying to give.
