Survivors include his wife Lisa Smith, daughter Heather Leise Smith, and son Matthew Thomas Smith all of Meridianville, AL, sister Dena Smith Goodwin of Hazel Green, AL, niece Jessica Goodwin and grandparents J.W. & Jo Sharp of Atlanta, GA.
