BIRMINGHAM
Services for William Arthur Wallace of Birmingham, formerly of Talladega, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at 32nd Street Baptist Church with Rev. U. Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with Bushelon Funeral Home of Birmingham in charge. The body will be at the church an hour prior to services.
Mr. Wallace died Friday at Carraway Methodist Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Carrie Agee Wallace of Birmingham; five daughters, Georgia Lee Miller and Gwendolyn Wallace, both of Hartford, Conn., Mattie Henderson of Bessemer, Mary Sims of Jacksonville, Fla. and Sue McKinney of Talladega; a son, Brandon Wallace of Birmingham; four sisters, Mary Lucille Wallace of Corona, Calif., and Alice M. Wallace, Mary Ellen Green and Edna Wynn, all of Talladega; and five brothers, Frank Wallace and Joseph “Joe” Wallace, both of Philadelphia, Harry Wallace of Atlanta and Harold Wallace and Wilby Wallace Jr., both of Talladega.
Mr. Wallace was a World War II Army veteran and a member of 32nd Street Baptist Church. He attended Westside High School in Talladega and was preceded in death by his parents, Wilby Wallace Sr. and Georgia Davis Wallace.

OXFORD
Services for Hollis B. White, 80, of Oxford will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Hayes officiating. Burial will be in Emeus Cemetery in Cullman. The family will receive friends 6-8 tonight at the funeral home.
Mr. White died Thursday at Beverly Health Center in Oxford.
Survivors include his wife, Bea White; three sons, Larry White and Gary White, both of Sylacauga and Richard White of Delta; a daughter, Sheila Rozier of Ohatchee; a sister, Edna Thelene Hines of Ashville; eight grandchildren, Chad Lackey, Lori Mount, Brandi Wills, Christy Gallops, Melissa Jackson, Daphne Hudson, Wendy Cleveland and James White; and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jerry White, Buddy White, Bill Burgess, David Hall, Dick Thompson and George Smith.
Mr. White was preceded in death by a daughter, Myra Jean Lackey.

CLAY COUNTY
Services for Grace Guinn, 90, of Clay County will be today at 11 a.m. at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, with Revs. Mark Kytan, Milton Green and Clyde Coker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. the family will receive friends at Clay County Funeral Home 3-5 p.m. today. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Guinn died Saturday at Baptist Montclair-Birmingham.
Survivors include her husband, Arnie D. Guinn of Clay County; a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley G. and Clyde Coker of Alexander City; a son and daughter-in-law, Cecil H. and Mary Guinn of Clay County; five grandchildren, Karen G. Fenn, Nancy G. Childers, Alan D. Guinn, Angela C. Hendrix and Cindy C. Osborn; 10 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Alan Guinn, Ted Fenn, Buddy Childers, Brian Osborn, Matthew Fenn and Steven Hoffman.
Mrs. Guinn was a native of Talladega County but had been a resident of Clay County most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church.

Services for Birdie Lee Reaves Jones, 83, of Ashland will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church in Lineville with Revs. Zenus Windsor and Noel Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-9 tonight Benefield Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday.
Mrs. Jones died Sunday at Russell Medical Center in Alexander City.
Survivors include one daughter, Kathy East of Ashland; two sons, Lonnie Jones of Salem and Paul Jones of Alexander City; three sisters, Eunice Poteet of California, Annie “Dot” Jones of Mellow Valley and Irene Ingram of Ashland; ten grandchildren, Denise Pomeroy, Tammy Callaway, Mike Jones, Charity Youngren, Pam Jones, Sherry Johnston, Jeff Caldwell, Shane Caldwell, Michelle East and Chris “Woody” East; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Shane Caldwell, Jeff Caldwell, Chris East, Kevin East, Mike Johnston, Ken Pomeroy, Jimmy Jones and Brett Newman. Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Jones.
Mrs. was a native of Randolph County but lived most of her life in Clay County. She was a 1938 graduate of Woodland High School, a homemaker and a member of County Line Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Jones and a daughter, Sharon Caldwell.

Services for Eunie Mae Langley, 96, of Woodland, will be today at 2 p.m. at Napoleon Church of Christ with Terry Langley, Ricky Martin and Jeff Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to services.
Miss Langley died Saturday at Traylor’s Nursing Home in Roanoke.
Survivors include two sisters, Mamie Keel and Ellie Mae Bailey, both of Woodland; a special niece, Wyolene Cofield of Woodland; and several nieces and nephews.

Scott and Elizabeth Wright, both of Talladega, Betty Boyd of Springfield, N.Y. and Betty Coggins of Jamaica, N.Y.; two brothers, Tommy Lee Williams and Edward Williams, both of Talladega; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Ms. Williams was a member of Africa Baptist Church and was a former private duty nurse. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Williams and a sister, Sarah Williams.
