Howell
Services for Robert L. Howell, 55, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Howell died Saturday at Riverview Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Howell of Anniston; a daughter, Lori Howell of Anniston; a son, Michael Howell of Anniston; a sister, Elaine Cohorn of Florence and a grandchild, Hannah Mae Howell.
Pallbearers will be Larry Tarrence, Lamar Hubbard, Bob Vinson, Glen Montgomery, Ralph Carter and Larmar Carter.
Mr. Howell was a native and lifelong resident of Anniston. He was owner-operator of Howell Auto Sales and was a youth coach and athletic supporter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Edna Howell and a brother, Harold Howell.

LINEVILLE
Services for Ruby Orr McCain, 93, of Lineville will be today at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville with Dr. Jerry Herston and Rev. Zenus Windsor officiating. Burial will follow in the Lineville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCain died Friday at the Lineville Nursing Facility.
Pallbearers will be Lloyd Sparks, Ken Yates, Mike Sparks, Jim Sparks, Russell Sparks and Bob Willis.
Mrs. McCain was a native of Clay County and lived in Cedartown, Ga. for more than 50 years where she was owner-operator of Baldwin Apartments. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lineville and is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services for Willie Orville Morgan, 79, of Centre will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Leon Smith, Frank Teal and John Allen officiating. Burial will be in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Morgan died Saturday in Riverview Medical Center in Gadsden.
Survivors include his wife, Reba Minshew Morgan; two sons, Jerry Morgan and his wife, Linda, of Oxford, Mike Morgan and his wife, Karen, of Decatur; three daughters, Jean Spoon and her husband, Ralph, of Piedmont, Deborah Johnson and her husband, Gary, of Fredericksburg, Va. and Shelia Richardson and her husband, Hank, of Centre; a brother, Hugh Morgan of Montgomery; three sisters, Estelle Morris of Anniston, Evelyn Crane of Leesburg and Margie Sue Moses of Talladega; seven grandchildren, Tonya Sargent, Wendy Morgan, Kevin Spoon, Nathan Johnson, Krestin Payne, John Richardson and Daniel Richardson, two great-grandchildren, Carley Sargent and Cameron Sargent; a special uncle, Amos Studdard and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Morgan was a native of Cherokee County. He was a retired carpenter and a member of East Centre Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Reuben and Bertha Studdard Morgan. Memorials may be made to East Centre Baptist Church or the family will accept flowers.

Graveside services for Arthur Eugene Roebuck, 79, of Gaylesville, will be today at 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery with Revs. Doc Mann and James Wells officiating.
Mr. Roebuck died Friday at his residence.
Survivors include two sons, David Roebuck and John Wayne Roebuck, both of Gaylesville; a sister, Clara Mae Jacobs of Conyers, Ga.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat- grandchildren and a special daughter-in-law Judy Roebuck.
Mr. Roebuck was a native of Georgia, a driver with Smith-Evans Lumber Co. and of the Holiness faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Dee Roebuck.

Services for Erma Jean Smith, 60, of Roanoke will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Rock Mills Baptist Church in Roanoke with Rev. Robert L. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Mills Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. today. The body will be at the church two hours prior to services.
Mrs. Smith died Tuesday in her residence.
Survivors include six daughters, Brenda Gail Smith of Jacksonville, Brenda Joyce Hines and Yvonne Jones, both of Roanoke, Shaun Elston of Saks and Alisha Dimming and Lakendra Dimming, both of Anniston; five sons, Charles Freeman, Steve Smith, Travis Smith, Richard Smith and Timothy Smith, all of Anniston; two sisters, Essie Johnson of Buffalo, N.Y. and Rosie Hall of Anniston; two brothers, Henry Baker of Roanoke and Edward Hall of Ohio; 25 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was a native of Roanoke and lived in Anniston for several years. She was a member of the Baptist Church of Ohatchee.

Services for Woodrow Wilson Brimer, 82, of Heflin will be today at 11 a.m. at Crumley’s Chapel Church of God with Horace Merrill, Tim Coppock, Eugene McElroy and Raymond Williams officiating. Burial will be in Crumley’s Chapel Cemetery with Dryden Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Brimer died Sunday at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Nora Lovella Brimer of Heflin; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Berry Brimer, Wallace Brimer and Steve and Judy Brimer, all of Trickem Valley; six daughters and five sons-in-law, Violet and David Johnson of Choccolocco, Jean Wiggins and Teresa and Bill Montgomery, all of Trickem Valley, Brenda and Andy Barnett of Heflin, Sharon and David Haynes of Iron City and Shirley and Johnny Sanford of Old Davistown, 21 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jason Webb, Sam Morgan, Jay Hugh Fordham, Duran Teague, Chris Smith and Jerry Harrell.
Mr. Brimer was a native of Calhoun County and had lived in Calhoun and Cleburne counties all his life. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Solomon David and Allie Josephine Brimer; a grandchild, William Bartley Mintz, and all his brothers and sisters. He was a World War II Army veteran and had received the Purple Heart.

Services for Charlene DeBerry, 46, of Piedmont will be Wednesday at noon at Mickelsen-McGee Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Pike officiating. Burial will be in Whites Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. DeBerry died Saturday at Jacksonville Hospital.
Survivors include two daughters, Melissa DeBerry and Shanna DeBerry, both of Piedmont; her parents, Clifford and Thelma Maddox of Piedmont; a brother, Clayton Maddox of Piedmont; and a grandchild, Aaron J. Swan.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Kelley, Matt Todd, Ryan Cobb and Lamar McKrelis.
Mrs. DeBerry was born and raised in Piedmont. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Edwards died Sunday at her home.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-law, Sara and Ray Noland of Heflin and Mary Jane Medforth of Helen, Ga.; two sons and their wives, Jackie and Faye Edwards of Bremen, Ga. and Harold and Phyllis Edwards of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Mavis Harris of Lecta, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Buddy Owen, Jerry Paul Owen, Larry Jackson, Gene Paul Harris, Johnny Harris and Dusty Owen.
Mrs. Edwards was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County. She was a member of Ai Baptist Church and a housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Edwards, a child, her parents, two sisters and two brothers.
