Dixon
Graveside services for Robert L. Dixon, 75, of Anniston, formerly of Sacramento, Calif., will be Tuesday, Dec. 4 at New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Anniston is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dixon died Saturday at his home.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Deborah and Guy Robertson of Anniston; a sister and her husband, Helen and Robert Ailes of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; and a grandson, Bryan Robertson of Anniston.
Mr. Dixon was a native of Lexington, Ky., and had lived in Sacramento 50 years. He was a retired dental technician and a veteran of World War II. He was a Kentucky Colonel and an honorary sheriff of Fayette County, Ky.

Forester
OXFORD
Memorial services for Sandra Faye Forester will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Moore officiating and Miller Funeral Home in charge. The family will receive friends an hour before the service time at the church.
Mrs. Forester died Saturday at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Lee Forester; her mother, Dorothy Mae Daughtry Whitaker of Chesapeake, Va., a son, Tyler Lee Forester of Oxford; a daughter, Laura Leigh Forester of Birmingham and her fiancé, Eric Grimes of Birmingham; two brothers, Fredrick Wilbur Whitaker and Robert Whitaker, both of Virginia Beach, Va.; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Bernice Forester of Oxford, and a brother-in-law, Bill Forester.
Mrs. Forester was an active member of Antioch Baptist Church in Oxford. She was preceded in death by a son, William Lee Forester, and a brother, Michael Whitaker.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of East Alabama or to Antioch Baptist Church in Oxford.

Keller
EASTABOGA
Services for Eldon Meredith Keller will be today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Israel officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Bynum with Miller Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Keller died Friday at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Carroll Keller; four sons, Richard Cast of Toledo, Ohio, Eldon Dewayne Keller of Birmingham, Kenneth Keller of Arab, and Eldon D. Keller of Arkansas; four daughters, Pamela Cast of South Webster, Ohio, and Mary Taylor, Lena Loftis and Linda Crowe, all of Birmingham; a brother, Charles Keller of Toledo, Ohio; a sister, Francis Hemple of Toledo; 26 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons and sons-in-law will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Keller was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Bynum and worked 11 years at Trinity Baptist Church in Oxford. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynn Harris.

Knighten
CEDAR BLUFF
Services for Alice Aretta (Rita) Knighten, 60, of 7385 County Road 48, Cedar Bluff, will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charles Moses and Ray Haggard officiating. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery with Perry Funeral Home in charge. The family will receive friends today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Knighten died Friday in a Birmingham hospital.
Survivors include her husband, John E. Knighten; a son, Frank C. Hayle and his wife, Diana Hayle, of Griffith, Ind.; two daughters, Linda Brausch and her husband, Paul Brausch of Leesburg and Rita Hayle of Highland, Ind.; a sister, Virginia Raines of Huntsville; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Mrs. Knighten was a Huntsville native and a member of Round Mountain Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a real estate broker, a beautician and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Loma Grace Rice Bullock.

Services for Robert Wayne Ray, 60, of Piedmont will be today at 2 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Buerhaus officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Ray died Friday at University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Ray of Piedmont; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gina and Robin Roberts of Nances Creek and Kerry and Rodney Lipscomb of Oxford; his mother, Frances Ray of Piedmont; two brothers, Norris Ray of Piedmont and Bruce Ray of Helena; and four grandchildren, Casey Lipscomb, Kurt Lipscomb, Mallory Roberts and Torre Roberts.
Pallbearers will be Paul Ray, Earl Boles, Jimmie Ray, Bobby Reedy, Frank Stewart and Danny Westbrooks.
Mr. Ray was a Cherokee County native and had lived in the Piedmont area most of his life. He was a member of Piedmont Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was retired from Goodyear. He was preceded in death by his father, Savage W. Ray.

Services for Tanner Marty Redden, 1, of Bowdon, Ga., will be today at 3 p.m. (EST) at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. Monroe Lipscomb, Joey Dedman and Billy Hammond officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Rainwater and West Funeral Home in charge.
The child died Friday at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.
Survivors include his parents, Marty and Cindy Suzanne Kimbrell Redden of Bowdon; his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Glenda Kimbrell of Heflin; his paternal grandparents, Travis and Jane Redden of Carrollton, Ga.; and his paternal great-grandparents, C.C. and Betty Shoemake of Carrollton, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Greg Kimbrell, Adam Downs and Clay Kimbrell. Music will be furnished by the church under the direction of Steve Beam.

Services for Eunice Robertson, 84, of Ashland will be today at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the Clay County Funeral Home with Rev. John Luckie and Rev. Joe Young officiating. Burial will be at the Pleasant Hill Methodist Protestant Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home until 3 p.m.
Mrs. Robertson died Friday at Clay County Nursing Home.
She is survived by three daughters, Evelyn Forman of Ashland, Barbara Coverdale of Exeter and Joyce Pressely of Childersburg; three sons, Roy Anderson of Roswell, New Mexico, Robert Anderson of Ashland and James Anderson of Sylacauga; four sisters, Ailene Richardson, Rozena Stephens, Mildred Robinson and Elizabeth Brown, all of Ashland; one brother, Ed Hindmon of Lincoln; 19 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Danny Forman, Doug Forman, Robert Anderson, Jr., Keith Pressely, Jimmy Robinson and Randall Browning.
Mrs. Robertson was a native of St. Clair County and lived in Clay County most of her life. She was retired from the Clay County Board of Education where she had worked more than 30 years. She was of the Holiness faith.
Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Anderson and two sons, Herbert Anderson and Billy Wayne Anderson.

Graveside services for Edna Morris Watson, 87, of Wedowee will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Edgemont Cemetery in Anniston with Rev. Joe Harris and Rev. Tommy Burke officiating and Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 2 to 5 p.m.
Mrs. Watson died Thursday at the Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter, Judy Cruise of Wedowee; three grandsons, Robert Cruise Jr., Richard Cruise and Jerry Cruise; two brothers, Woodrow Morris of Jacksonville, Fla., and James Morris of Heflin; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Gallegy, Johnny Gallegy, Russell Bennett, Wayne Huddleston, Walter Huddleston and James Morris.
Mrs. Watson was a native of Carroll County, Ga. and the daughter of Frank Morris and Maude Cantrell Morris. She had worked at the Anniston Army Depot and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Watson; a grandson, William Cruise; and a sister, Margrett Bishop.

Graveside services for Bobby Earl White, 67, of Anniston will be Today at 2 p.m. at Forestlawn Gardens with Dr. Billy Harris officiating. Brown & Kughn Memory Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. White died Friday at his home.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Harrison White of Anniston; two sons, David Preston White of Huntsville and Daniel Harrison White of Suwanee, Ga.; and five grandchildren, David Preston White Jr., Jordan Newell White, Rebecca Reaves White, Harrison James White and Philip Daniel White.
Mr. White was a native of Hartselle and lived most of his life in Calhoun County. He was a graduate of Auburn University's School of Mechanical Engineering and served in the Army for three years. He retired from the Anniston Army Depot after 31 years as branch chief manager. Mr. White was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church.
