Funeral services for Alice Hazel Boatright, 87, of Tarrant will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, the Revs. Randy Sellers and Hobert Thomas officiating, with Burial in Welti Cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Boatright died Sunday, Sept. 12 in Gadsden. She was born in Cullman County on June 4, 1917, to Alfred and Minnie Lee Stewart Tucker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Ollie Boatright.
Survivors include four daughters, Gayle Chambers of Gadsden, Dean Gentry of Columbiana, Judy Mason of Athens and Alice Smith of Birmingham; a brother, Luther Tucker of Gardendale; a sister, Mary Jo Rice of Bessemer; 14 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday.
Milford Alton Burrow
Funeral services for Milford Alton Burrow, 71, of Falkville will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at Williams-McCracken Chapel, the Rev. Millard Mann officiating, with Burial in Duck River Cemetery.

Mr. Burrow died Sunday, Sept. 12 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1933, in Cullman to William Banks and Ethyl Mae Samples Burrow. He was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Vaughn and Jon Vaughn; two sisters, Mildred Crumbley and Louise Buchanan; and two grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday.

Mr. Bagwell died Sunday, Sept. 12 at his residence He was born Feb. 2, 1941, in Cullman. He was a sheet metal roofer for Gulf States Roofing.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Velma Bagwell; a brother, Tommy Bagwell; and a sister, Jackie Watson.
Survivors include his father, Troy Bagwell; the mother of his children, Alice White; two sons, Kenny (Janet) Bagwell and Chris (Jeanie) Bagwell; two daughters, Teresa (Herbert) Mayo and Connie Phillips; five sisters, Mary (O.W.) Tucker, Nettie (Sonny) Cupp, Bonnie (Elbert) Pirkle, June Young and Rebecca Haynes; six grandsons, Westley (Stephanie) Bagwell, Kevin Bagwell, Jake and Luke Bagwell, John and Cory Phillips; four granddaughters, Jessica and Jerrica Bagwell, Wendy Downs and Hope Bagwell; and three great-grandchildren, Preston Bagwell, Paydon Bagwell and Chase Cruce.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Grisom died Sunday, Sept. 19, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa. He was born Feb. 13, 1922, to Vance and Fannie Roberts Grissom. He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Christian Grissom; and his wife, Maggie Marie Grisom.
Survivors include one son, J.R. (Reba) Grisom; one daughter, Elizabeth Marie (Wilson) Henderson; one brother, Hoyt Grissom; one sister, Cora Margaret Gill; one grandson, Jared Grisom; one granddaughter, Fran Brown; and one great-granddaughter, Emily Klair Brown.

Mrs. Lee died Sunday, Sept. 19, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Nov. 15, 1923, to Calvin W. and Gertrude Robertson Creel. She was a nursing assistant.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert E. Lee Sr.; son, Robert E. Lee Jr.; and two brothers, David and George Creel.
Survivors include five sons, William F. Lee, James Michael (Mary) Lee, Steve Lee, Daniel H. (Cheril) Lee, and Timothy A. (Jancie) Lee, all of Cullman; daughter, Allison (Doug) Wix of Cullman; brother, Phillip (Martha) Creel of Cullman; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William E.C. McGriff; one brother, Samuel Sullengen; and one sister, Mildred Randle.
Survivors include one daughter, Judy (Jim) Brown of Tupelo, Miss.; one brother, Guy Edward Sullengen Jr. of Cullman; two sisters, Margaret Kansa of Cullman and Mary Douglas of Foley; and three grandchildren, Paul Brown, Jenny (Aryan) Billano and Kaye Brown.

Survivors include two sons, Patrick Hnery Westmoreland of Hampton, Ga., Cameron Wentworth Westmoreland of Danville; four daughters, Betty Victoria Szalwinski, Leslie Shannon Banks, Stephanie Denise Stallings, all of Hartselle, and Melissa Alee Westmoreland of Addison; brother, Cleo Westmoreland of Addison; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Dylan S. Stallings, Michael Westmoreland, Ronald Westmoreland, Conley Westmoreland, Randall Hightower, Jimmy Rackley, Patrick Henry Westmoreland II and Brent Bolinger.

Mr. Bentley died Saturday, Sept. 18. He was born March 3, 1924, in Harrison County, Ga. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and was married for 19 years. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army after serving during World War II in the European Theatre. He was awarded a World War II Victory Medal, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal with four Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal and a Meritorious Unit Award.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Turney Bentley of Sylacauga; two sons, Donald Bentley and Ronald Bentley, both of Hanceville; two daughters, Barbara Wilson of Hanceville and Branda Waites Cox of Sylacauga; four brothers, Hester Bentley of Forestdale, Dedrick Bentley of Cullman, Edward Bentley of Tallahassee, Fla., and Robert Bentley of Daytona Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Celesta Armstrong and Mildred Nicholas, both of Cullman; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Traylor McWhorter of Crane Hill; a son, Clem (Chesteen) McWhorter of Crane Hill; a stepson, Tommy (Sarah) Traylor of Decatur; a daughter, Carol (Bryan) McFee of Crane Hill; two stepdaughters, Jane Brewster of Oneida, Tenn., and Faith (Kevin) Hyatt of Monett, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
