Funeral services for Michael "Tim" Johnson, 55, of the Center Point community, formerly of Birmingham, were Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at Holly Pond Funeral Chapel, Tim Dubberly officiating, with Burial in Holly Pond Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson died Saturday, Feb. 21 at Woodland Nursing Home. He was born Feb. 24, 1948, in Jefferson County to Joe B. and Sara Frances Davis Johnson. He was a member of Simcoe Worship Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two brothers, A.R. (Shirley) Johnson of Holly Pond and Marty (Kitty) Johnson of Alabaster; six nephews, Steve (Yon) Johnson, Al Johnson, Gary Johnson, Donald Johnson, Johnny Johnson and Jimmy Johnson; and seven nieces, Judy, Rita, Anita, Brenda Joyce, Marie, Pat and Terri.
Pallbearers will be members of Simcoe Worship Center.
Visitation was Sunday.
Jerry Wayne Teague
Graveside services for Jerry Wayne Teague, 58, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2004, at Good Hope Cemetery, the Rev. Roger James officiating.

Mr. Teague died Sunday, Feb. 22 at his residence. He was born June 23, 1945, to the Rev. Dwight E. and Hazel B. Hinkle Teague. He worked in construction as a dry wall hanger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Sandra Collum.
Survivors include a son, Gary (Sherry) Teague of Cullman; a daughter, Cindy (Scott) Hudson of Good Hope; a brother, Larry (Waylene) Teague of Arab; two sisters, Brenda (David) Currington of Hanceville and Carol Simpson of Pinson; and four grandchildren, Elizabeth Teague, Ashley Teague, Shaun Hudson and Brandi Hudson.
No visitation is planned.
Anna Marie Ege
Funeral services for Anna Marie Ege of Cullman are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by the funeral home.

Mrs. Ege died Monday, Feb. 23 at her residence.
Randall D. 'Randy' Lovell
Funeral services for Randall D. "Randy" Lovell, 52, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Williams-McCracken Chapel, Randy Makemson officiating, with Burial in Holly Pond Cemetery.

Mr. Lovell died Sunday, Feb. 22 at his residence. He was born April 27, 1951 in Arab. He was a carpenter with Mr. Fixit.
He was preceded in death by father, Troy G. Lovell.
Survivors include his mother, Lillian Louise Smith Lovell of Cullman; two brothers, Jerry Lovell of Cullman and Ken Lovell of Decatur; a niece; and a nephew.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Dennis Morgan
Funeral services for Dennis Morgan, 50, of Crane Hill will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at Gardendale Funeral Chapel, with Burial in Graves Gap Cemetery.

Mr. Morgan died Saturday, Feb. 21. He was employed with Birmingham Water Works for the past 30 years.
Survivors include his wife, Paula Morgan; a godchild, Lauren McCowan; his mother, Iris Morgan; a brother, Kenneth Morgan; and a sister, Phyllis Morgan.
Visitation was Monday.
Clarence Edward Laseter
Funeral services for Clarence Edward Laseter, 80, of Haleyville will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at Pinkard Funeral Chapel in Haleyville, Dr. Jim Cooley and Bob Waldrop officiating, with Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Laseter died Sunday, Feb. 22 at Lakeland Community Hospital. He as born in Winston County in 1924. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Haleyville, the American Legion; retired Teachers Association and was a past member of the Lynn Lions Club. He was a retired vocational teacher from Lynn High School, having taught for 32 years, and had served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Casper and Mabel Parrish Laseter; and a brother, Leon Laseter.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Tittle Laseter; two sons, Kyle (Pam) Laseter and Trent Laseter, both of Homewood, a brother, Coy Laseter of Cullman; a sister, Emma Jean Tuggle of Cullman; and two grandchildren, Colin Laseter and Cameron Laseter.
Visitation was Monday.
Kenneth Ray Bates
Funeral services for Kenneth Ray Bates, 61, of Cullman will be at noon Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Jerry Lawson officiating, with Burial in Rock Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Bates died Monday, Feb. 23, at Baptist Medical Center-Princeton. He was born Oct. 2, 1942, in Cooter, Mo., to Curtis C. and Flossie Hale Bates. He was an auto mechanic with Chandler Equipment.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, J.C., Wesley, Frank and Bobby Bates; and three sisters, Carrie Hudson Smith, Lucille Smith and Mildred Wooten.
Survivors include a son, Terry Bates of Cullman; a daughter, Sherri (Bill) Lindley of Falkville; a brother, William Bates of Cullman; a sister, Wadean Pirie of Orlando, Fla.; a half-sister, Betty Robinson of Addison; special friend, Lucille Justice of Cullman; and a granddaughter, Paige Lindley.
No visitation is planned.
Nettie Louise Fowler
Funeral services for Nettie Louise Fowler, 81, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Ben White and Jack Sandlin officiating, with Burial in Valley Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Fowler died Tuesday, Feb. 24, at her residence. She was born Aug. 7, 1922, in Morgan County to William Tirrel and Dillie Martin Bryant. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, H.R. Fowler; her son, Hoytt Fowler; and three brothers, Wendle Bryant, Calvin Bryant and James Monroe Bryant.
Survivors include a son, Robert (Elizabeth) Fowler of Hanceville; four daughters, Rachel (J.W.) Allen, Betty Joyce Fowler, Gaynell Parker and Regina Hudson; four sisters, Geneva Cammon, Eloise Cammon, Sadie Mae Miller and Audrey Lyles; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Goings died Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Nov. 16, 1929, in Washington Parish, La., to Robert and Minnie Riley Goings. He was a TV repairman and salesman for Goings TV and Furniture. He was retired from the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita Reeves Goings of Vinemont; two sons, Eugene (Sherron) Goings and John Goings of Vinemont; three daughters, Virginia (Roy) Singleton of Guntersville, Barbara (James) McGraw of Vinemont and Katheran (Jim Record) Puckett of Cullman; a brother, Price (Myrna) Goings of Frankelton, La.; nine grandchildren, Katrina Hamby, Amanda (Jeremy Pope) Horton, Christie (Stan) Puckett, Nicole (Chris) Puckett, Carly Puckett, Daniel (Crystal) McGraw, Jeremiah Goings, Joshua Goings and Amber Cole; and seven great-grandchildren, Jason Nathaniel Hamby, Dalton Hamby, Dustin McGraw, Dakota McGraw, Isaac Puckett, Gage Whitlock and Madison Grace Pope.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Luther M. Hyde Jr., 32, of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at Holly Pond Funeral Chapel, with Burial in Holly Pond Cemetery.

Mr. Hyde died Monday, Feb. 23, in an automobile accident in Addison. He was born Sept. 21, 1971, in Arab to Luther M. and Nelda Howard Hyde Sr. He was a brick mason.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Bronada Farr Hyde; one son, Desmond Isaiah Hyde; one brother, James Ellis Hyde; and two sisters, Marla Hyde and Kimberly Dawn Walker.
Pallbearers will be Lance Winstead, Carlos Farr, Freddie Smith, Jamie Hyde, Tim Tucker and Autry Rodgers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Mr. Kilgore died Monday, Feb. 23, at his residence. He was born June 14, 1957, to John and Irene Carr Kilgore. He was a foreman with Sheet Metal Fabrication.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Mark Allen Kilgore.
Survivors include his wife, Delilah Tippins Kilgore; three sons, Gary Justin Ray Kilgore and Jerry Lee "L.J." Jones, both of Florida, and Jason Daniel Kilgore of Cullman; a brother, Timmy Kilgore of Cullman; two sisters, Debra Brown of Cullman and the Rev. Paula (the Rev. Durant) Beasley of Dothan; three nephews, Joseph, Jacob and Benjamin Brown; and a niece, Brianna Beasley.
Pallbearers will be his family members.
