Funeral services for Stanley Robinson, 87, of Vinemont are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by the funeral home.

Mr. Robinson died Thursday, Jan. 8.

Henry Albert Baggett

Funeral services for Henry Albert Baggett, 86, of Hanceville will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004, at Hanceville Funeral Chapel, the Rev. David Holton officiating, with Burial in Fairview Baptist Cemetery.

Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Baggett died Thursday, Jan. 8 at Woodland Village Health Care Center. He was born Feb. 12, 1917, in Cleburn County to John Henry and Lou Ella Baggett. He was a farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a son, Hollis W. (Lisa) Baggett of Hanceville; three daughters, Glenda Baggett, Patricia Jane (Edward) King of Hanceville, Mary Dean of Warner Robbins, Ga. and Annette Smith of Smoke Rise; and three brothers, Hollis Wilson Baggett of Opelika, Lowell Ray Baggett and Roy Baggett, both of Warner Robbins, Ga.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Willis Adron Hammock

Funeral services for Willis Adron Hammock, 71, of Hayden will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Lonnie Goodwin officiating, with Burial in Bangor Cemetery.

Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hammock died Thursday, Jan. 8, at his residence. He was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Marshall County to Richard Daniel and Lorene Hammock. He was an auctioneer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Alex Hammock.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Hammock of Hayden; two sons, Danny Ray Hammock of Seburn, Fla., and Dewayne Hammock of Fort Meyers, Fla.; three sisters, Fay Bennett of Florida, Emma Lee Danaksus of Tampa, Fla., and Nellie Ruth Holloway of Arab; and two brothers, Richard Hammock of Hayden and Wayne Hammock of Garden City.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Bernice Burden Johnson

Funeral services for Bernice Burden Johnson, 83, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Holly Pond Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Jerry Lake officiating, with Burial in Corinth East Cemetery in Joppa.

Holly Pond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Johnson died Thursday, Jan. 8, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born in Cullman County on June 18, 1920, to James Henry and Susie Elizabeth Lowe Burden. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Talmadge Burden and Dillard Burden; and three sisters, Greedale Boyles, Maudene Turner and Doyce Keller.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Johnson (Phillip) Miller of the Welcome community; two brothers, James Burden of Arab and Bud Burden of Baileyton; two sisters, Audie Maze Shedd of Baileyton and Lorene Wisener of Hanceville; two grandchildren, Jennifer Mosteller Brown and Phillip Grady "P.J." Miller Jr.; and a great-grandson, Jack Carter Brown.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today and at 9 a.m. until time of services on Saturday, both at the funeral home.

Edith Boren

Funeral services for Edith Boren, 78, of Hanceville are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by the funeral home.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Boren died Thursday, Jan. 8 at her residence.

Francis Loraine Goble

Funeral services for Francis Loraine Goble, 61, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004, at Blair Methodist Church, Harold Johnson and Buddy Jackson officiating, with Burial in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state on hour prior to the service.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Goble died Thursday, Jan. 8, at her residence. She was born Oct. 20, 1942, in Chillicophe, Ohio, to Elbert Kent and Vesta Lemaster Smith. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary West Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jess Smith; and a sister, Betty Lou Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Archor Goble, three sons, William (Veronica) Goble, Jon Goble and Scott (Amy) Goble; four granddaughters, April Carollo, Miranda Goble, Harley Goble and Brooke Bransfield; nine grandsons, Jeremy Goble, Jon Goble, Sean Goble, Dylon Goble, Travis Bransfield, Alan Camp Jr., Luke Camp, Chris Jackson and Adam Pulley; two great-grandchildren, Corgan Carollo and Ayrian Goble; four brothers, Jack, Dale, Bill and Ron Smith; and two sisters, Delores Jett and Sue Morgan.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Imogene Hart Thompson Gormley

Memorial services for Imogene Hart Thompson Gormley, 73, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Center Grove Baptist Church, the Rev. Jim McClurkan officiating.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Gormley died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, in Ft. Lauderdale. She was born Feb. 17, 1930, to Arnold L. and Mae Henry Hart. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Leonard Thompson; and her second husband, Bob Gormley.

Survivors include three daughters, Connie (Martin) Perlow, Donna (Ralph) Klein and Rhonda (James) Cassidy; a sister, Joyce (Don) Sapp; three grandchildren, Desh (Guillermo) Moeller, Pauline (Ernie Sr.) O'Steen and Robbie Klein; and four great-grandchildren, Scotty, Amanda, Ernie Jr. and Zoe.

Floral offerings will be accepted at the church on Saturday between 1 and 2 p.m.

No visitation is planned.

T.V. Carlton Hyatt

Funeral services for T.V. Carlton Hyatt, 61, of Joppa will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, at Ryan Baptist Church, Robert Slack officiating, with Burial in New Canaan Cemetery.

Gober Funeral Chapel of Arab is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hyatt died Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Marshall Medical Center North. He was born Nov. 1, 1942, in Marshall County. He was a retired farmer and a member of Ryan Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hyatt of Joppa; his father, Herbert Hyatt of Ryan; three sons, Brian Hyatt of Joppa, Lynn (Donna) Hyatt of Grant and John (Jamie) Hyatt of Eva; two daughters, Sherry Tidwell of Joppa and Tina Hyatt of Arab; two sisters, Betty Eakers of Selma, Tenn. and Kay (Mike) Hyatt of Oden Ridge; two brothers, Larry (Cecelia) Hyatt and Wayne (Linda) Hyatt, both of Ryan; and nine grandchildren, Bridget Tidwell, Christopher Cossette, Kyle Hyatt, Rodney Hyatt, Gary Hyatt, Tasha Hyatt, D.J. Hyatt and Andrew Patton.

Walter Leon McCutcheon

Graveside services for Walter Leon McCutcheon, 86, of Vinemont will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Hamby's Chapel Cemetery, Marlin Wilkinson officiating.

Mr. McCutcheon died Thursday, Jan. 8, at his residence. He was born Jan. 20, 1917, in Morgan County. He was a mechanic for Stisher Equipment Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, T. Mabry and Hessie Grantland McCutcheon; his wife, Doris Beal McCutcheon; and his siblings.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Robinson died Thursday, Jan. 8, at Lakeland Community Hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1916, in Houston. He was a carpenter and a past elder of Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Solomon A. and Ella Wade Robinson; two brothers, Opp Robinson and Rube Robinson; and three sisters, Cleo Cook, Alma Hunt and Ernestine Gray.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Brozoskie Robinson; a brother, Trenton (Nell) Robinson of Cullman; and two sisters, Opal (W.B.) Price of Montgomery and Billie Dean (J.C.) Allbritten of Cullman.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mary Jones

Funeral services for Mary Jones, 77, of Cullman will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Fr. John O'Donnell officiating, with Burial in Cullman Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Jones died Thursday, Jan. 8, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center. She was born Feb. 26, 1926, in Cook County, Ill., to Gus and Bessie George Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John Jones and Ed Jones; and three sisters, Dinah Stanley, Rosie Jones and Juanita Jones.

Survivors include two brothers, George (Mabel) Jones and Gene (Jean) Jones of Cullman; and a sister, Nancy (Kenneth) Vopat of Cullman.

A rosary will be given at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at the funeral home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Imogene Hart Thompson Gormley

Mrs. Boren died Thursday, Jan. 8, at her residence. She was born Dec. 25, 1925, in Alabama to William Mason and Annie Pauline Killette Gantt. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Edward Eugene.

Survivors include her husband, Leldon E. Boren; three daughters, Claire Boren of Gardendale, Ruth (Malcolm) Baty and Jane (Joe) Dean, both of Hanceville; two sons, James Mason of Arley and Jeffery (Tina) Gantt of Vinemont; two sisters, Jean Gantt Millbourn of Sarasota, Fla., and Nina Gantt Reid of Cullman; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cullman County.

No visitation is planned.
