Graveside services for George A. Domeck, 78, of Tallapoosa County were at 2 p.m. Sept. 29, 2003, at Dadeville City Cemetery. The Rev. Don Bailey officiated.
Mr. Domeck died Sept. 27, 2003, at his residence. He was born Feb. 16, 1925, in Atlanta to George A. Domeck and Irene Dunn Domeck. He worked in security at Atlanta Merchandise Mart.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Domeck of Alexander City; one son, Michael Domeck of Calhoun, Ga.; one grandchild, Danielle Domeck and one niece, Beverly Dobbs of Richardson, Texas.

William Mac Sharman

Funeral services for William Mac Sharman were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003, at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003.
Mr. Sharman died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003, in Birmingham. He was a native of Goodwater and a resident of Mobile for more than 30 years. He was a retired colonel with the Army National Guard and a long time employee of Ingall's Shipbuilding Company.
He is survived by his wife, Sara Sharman of Mobile; one daughter, Amy Douglas and husband David of Tuscaloosa; one son, Scott Sharman and wife Daniell of Grand Bay; one sister, Sheila Keith and husband Gary of Mobile; six grandchildren, John-Taylor Sharman, William Hunter Sharman, Ashley Striplin, Alexis Striplin, Tori Stiplin and Kayla Douglas, and other relatives.

Graveside services for William Adrain Futral, 78, of Goodwater were at 11 a.m. Sept. 20, 2003, at Smyrna Cemetery. The Rev. Owen Singleton officiated. Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2003.
Mr. Futral died Sept. 18, 2003, at U.A.B. Hospital. He was born July 18, 1925, in Coosa County to Thomas Leonard Futral and Dixie Carroll Futral. He was a retired truck driver with Skyline Trucking.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Adrain Futral and wife Brenda of Goodwater and James Edward Futral and wife Patricia of Hackneyville; four daughters, Betty Sue Bishop and husband Tommy of Columbus, Ga., Norma Jean Bailey and husband Earl of Alexander City, Cynthia Ann Lashley and husband Jimmy of Kellyton and Donna Lynn Fuller of Hackneyville; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte A. Futral; an infant son, Johnny Lee; one sister, Lorraine Strouse; one brother, Thomas L. Futral and one grandchild, Tana Michelle Futral.

Christine Elizabeth Wright
1939-2003
Funeral services for Christine Elizabeth Wright, 63, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2003, at Radney-Smith Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Floyd Blackerby and Lynn Royal will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery
in Childersburg. Visitation was from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003.
Mrs. Wright died Sept. 24, 2003, at University of Alabama Birmingham Hospital. She was born Oct. 18, 1939, in Talladega County. She was a graduate of B.B. Comer High School and was a lifelong member of Grace Nazarene Church.
She is survived by two sons, Randy Lee Wright and wife Debbie of Richland, Wash., and David Ray Wright and wife Kelley of Sylacauga; one daughter, Sandy Taylor and husband Scott of Pell City; her mother, Ethel Hay of Sylacauga; five grandchildren, Carra Wright, Kelli Wright, Clint Wright, Bridget Taylor and Jacob Taylor and the Alexander City Police Department.

Mr. Chislom died Oct. 8, 2003, at U.A.B. Hospital in Birmingham. He was born Sept. 12, 1980, in Chambers County. He was a member of Sardis Baptist Church in LaFayette.
He is survived by one son, Karon Chislom III of Camp Hill; one daughter, Karneshia Chislom of Camp Hill; two sisters, Janice Chislom and Elizabeth Heard and husband Donald, both of Penton; one special great-uncle, Wilson Roberts Jr. of Camp Hill and one great-aunt, Elizabetha Finley of LaFayette.

Funeral services for Sallie Allen were at noon, Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Five Points. The Revs. Thomas Robertson and Lawrence Watts officiated. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
Ms. Allen died Oct. 8, 2003, at Lanier Memorial Hospital in Valley. She was born June 8, 1913, in Chambers County. She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Five Points, a member of the Golden Age Club, Eastern Star, True Sisters and Brothers of Love and Charity and The Seven Shape Note Singers. She retired from Phillips High School in 1980, where she was the lunch room manager.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth Trammell of LaFayette; one daughter, Sallie Mott and husband, Charles of LaFayette; one brother, James Allen and wife Catherine of Five Points; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Smith died Oct. 7, 2003, at Columbus Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. He was born June 17, 1964, in Chambers County. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Wadley.
He is survived by his mother, Bessie Smith of Wadley; four brothers, Charles Smith and wife Sheryl of Auburn, Michael Smith and wife Priscilla and John Wayne Smith, all of Wadley and Vonzell Smith of LaFayette; seven sisters, Brenda Melton and husband George of Roanoke, Charlotte Abner and husband Jessie of Jacksonville, Fla., Cathy Whittington and husband Rueben of Walnut, Calif., Priscilla Hudson and husband, Alfred of Milltown, Regina Ransom and husband Jimmy of Auburn, Jacqueline Smith of Fontane, Calif., and Sandra Smith of Lanett.
