He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Dill; and step-father, Clifford Medley. She leaves behind many friends and family members to be with her Lord. We will all miss you, "Miss Mac". She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Lester McDonald; daughter, Dorothy Reynolds; son, James McDonald; and brothers, A.C. Snyder and Clyde Snyder. She is survived by son, Charles L. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Polk died Sunday, Nov. 19, at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Stewart of Sylacauga; father, James Kelly of Sylacauga; three brothers, Kenneth Kelly, Phillip Kelly, and Michael Kelly all of Sylacauga; three sisters, Barbara Faulkner and Eva McCoy both of Sylacauga, and Christine Munoz of Sycamore; two children; step-sister, Sandra Jones of Sycamore; two step-brothers, David E. TALLADEGA — Funeral services for retired Lieutenant Colonel Francis Lois Simmons, age 56, will be Wednesday, Nov. 22, at 1 p.m. from the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gordon Lee officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow from the Coosa Valley Baptist Church Cemetery
in St. Clair County. Mrs. Simmons passed away Friday, Nov. 17, 2006 at her home. Survivors are her husband, Dwain Simmons of Talladega; her father, Retired Lieutenant Colonel John M. Trimm of Olive Brach, MS; two sisters, Ann Trimm Bonham and her husband Cliff of Rocky Mt, NC, Janice Trimm Warner and her husband Tony of Crownsville, MD. Members of the United States Army Honor Guard will serve as active pallbearers. Mrs. Simmons was a former resident of St. Clair County and had been a resident of Talladega County for the past four years. She was a member of the Coosa Valley Baptist Church in St. Clair County and was a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army with 20 years of service to her country. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
