ANNISTON — Alberta Curry, 92, died June 22.

CROPWELL — Funeral service for Dennis Frank Foster, 39, will be Thursday, June 24, at 11 a.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home chapel in Pell City with the Rev. Gordon Lee and the Rev. Willie Carroll officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Mr. Foster died June 22.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Lee Foster; sons, Joshua Frank Foster, Justin Lee Foster and Jason Anthony Foster; his father, Bennie Foster; his mother, Martha Foster; and sisters, Tamara Barden and Melinda Henderson.
Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City will direct the service.

CHILDERSBURG — Calvin McMillian, 43, died June 22.

TUSCALOOSA — Funeral service for Ann Margaret Robinson-Datcher, 34, will be Saturday, June 26, at 1 p.m. at Miracle Deliverance Temple in Boligee. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery
in Lewiston.
Ms. Robinson-Datcher died June 21 at D.C.H. Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.
The family will receive friend Friday from 3 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
The body may be viewed at the church for one hour before the service.

MAUDE McCARTY TACKETT
SYLACAUGA — Funeral service for Maude McCarty Tackett, 91, will be Friday, June 25, at 11 a.m. at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North chapel with the Rev. Eddie Bolan officiating. Burial will be in Marble City Cemetery.
Mrs. Tackett died June 22 at Coosa Valley BMC. She was a member of Mignon United Methodist Church, was a native of Booneville and was retired from Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Ariz.
She is survived by sisters, Dorothy Lynch of Albany, Ga., Jonnie Spear of Sylacauga and Ramona Cottle of Cocoa, Fla.; granddaughter, Lisa Ingegneri of Tucson, Ariz.; grandson, Gregory McCarty of Pheonix, Ariz.; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Rex Lynch, Wesley Lynch, John Cottle, Howard Luker, John Luker and Vernon Blankenship.
The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to Mignon United Methodist Church.

LINEVILLE — Memorial service for Sarah L. Turman, 75, will be Friday, June 25, at noon at Young's Chapel United Methodist Church in Lineville with the Rev. Thomas Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Lineville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Turman died June 21 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston. She was a native of Selma and lived most of her life in Lineville. She was a member of Young's Chapel United Methodist Church and was a faithful mother of the church. She was preceded in death by a son, Bennie James Turman.
She is survived by her husband, Luke Turman of Lineville; son, Jerry Turman of Lineville; daughter, Fannie Harvey of Lineville; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the church for one hour before the service.

VINCENT — Funeral service for Charles Allen Bartee, 33, will be Sunday, June 27, at 2 p.m. at Curtis and Son Funeral Home Childersburg chapel with the Rev. Mike Tipton and Brother Eddie Forbus officiating. Burial will be in Vincent Cemetery.
Mr. Bartee died June 23 in Atlanta, Ga.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Bartee of Dothan; daughter, Francisca Bartee of Shelby; his parents, Charles and Denise Bartee of Vincent; sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Richard Bowen of Sylacauga; his grandmother, Mrs. Dot Gravlee of Foley; nephews, Brent and Peyton Bowen; nieces, Brook and September Bowen; uncle and aunt, Marshall and Jill Bartee.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

JOHNE HOOVER
MUNFORD — Funeral service for Johne Hoover, 21, will be Sunday, June 27, at 3 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home chapel in Anniston with the Rev. Paul Davis officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery.
Mr. Hoover died June 22 in Cleburne County. He was a native of Calhoun County and was a resident of Alexandria, Anniston and Munford. He was a 2002 graduate of Alexandria High School. He was an outstanding athlete known for his outstanding football abilities. He was a member of Alexandria Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Naomi Watts.
He is survived by his father, John Whitten Hoover; his mother, Glenda Gail Hoover; brother, Jamin William Hoover; his grandparents, John L. Hoover and Ferndell W. Hoover; five aunts; one uncle; and several cousins.
Longtime athletic friends will serve as pallbearers.
Flowers will be accepted for donations may be made to Alexandria High School Athletic Department.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

SYLACAUGA — Funeral service for Crystal Joyce Kelley, 44, will be Sunday, June 27, at 2 p.m. at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Talladega Springs with the Rev. Joe Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery
in Sylacauga.
Ms. Kelley died June 25 at University Hospital. She was very special to her family and anyone that met her. She was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Talladega Springs.
She is survived by her father, Charles W. (Billy) Kelley of Sylacauga; her mother, Joyce L. Kelley of Sylacauga; sisters, Connie Presley (Jimmy) of Sylacauga, Penny Rogers (Steve) of Sylacauga and Coleen Humphries (Jackie) of Sylacauga; nephews, Kelly Presley (Candy) of Sylacauga and Chris Rogers (April) of Childersburg; nieces, Gayla Beasley (Jason) of Childersburg, Caprice Buttram (Jeremy) of Wilsonville and Chelsea Humphries of Sylacauga; great-niece, Allye Buttram of Wilsonville; and great-nephews, Conner and Cole Rogers of Childersburg.
Pallbearers will be Chris Rogers, Jeremy Buttram, Kelly Presley, Byron Sherburt, Chris Sherburt and Jason Beasley.

BOBBY JOE STEPHENS
PELL CITY — Funeral service for Bobby Joe "Bob" Stephens, 72, will be Saturday, June 26, at 2 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home chapel in Pel City with the Rev. Paul Williams officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Stephens died June 24. He was retired from the U.S. Army with service in Korea and Vietnam. He was a former captain of St. Clair Rescue and served as a deacon at Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, June Stephens; and son, John Stephens.
