LUCILLE PATTERSON LAWLER
SYCAMORE — Funeral service for Lucille Patterson Lawler, 88, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mountain Home Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Stanley Threatt officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery.
Mrs. Lawler died Feb. 9 at her residence. She was a member of Mountain Home Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughter, Catherine Player of Detroit, Mich.; sons, William Lawler of Sycamore and Sylvester Patterson of Childersburg; sisters, Rosa Farris of Fairfield and Jenny Wright of Birmingham; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Martin Jackson, Anthony Jackson, Fred Brown, Dennis Garrett and Larry Bryant.
Friends of the family will serve as flowerbearers.
The family will receive friends Friday from noon until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

TALLADEGA — Funeral service for Matthew "Bubba" Lee, 84, of 36 Moore Lane, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church with the Rev. Horace L. Patterson and the Rev. Ronnie C. Beavers officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park.
Mr. Lee died Feb. 5 at Talladega Health Care Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lee and Minnie B. Morris Lee; a sister, Corine Truss; and a brother, Harry Lee. He was a member, deacon and treasurer of Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a former member of Beaver Pride Lodge No. 710 and Sunlight Lodge No. 443 of the Free and Accepted Masons. He was a veteran of World War II, was a farmer and was a former employee of the Talladega County Board of Education. He was employed at Lincoln High School, was employed at the Anniston Army Depot for more than 20 years and was employed at First National Bank in Lincoln.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Moore Lee of Talladega; son, Charles "Mickey" Fleming of Talladega; sisters, Lillie Phillips of St. Louis, Mo., Emma Baxley of Sandusky, Ohio and Elizabeth Spencer of Talladega; brothers, James Lee, Robert Lee and Willie Lee of St. Louis, Mo.; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Masonic Brothers will serve as pallbearers.
Order of the Eastern Star and friends of the family will serve as flowerbearers.
The body may be viewed at the church for one hour before the service.
Terry's Metropolitan Mortuary will direct the service.

TALLADEGA — Funeral service for John Wesley McKenzie, 60, of 615 Avenue F, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Shiloh Apostolic Church of Promise with Pastor Samuel B. Holt officiating. Burial will be in Talladega Memorial Gardens.
Mr. McKenzie died Feb. 5 at Citizens BMC.
He is survived by his wife, Wilhelmina McKenzie of Talladega; daughters, Linda Hammonds of Cleveland, Ohio, and Sheila Williams of Talladega; sons, Wesley McKenzie of Jonesboro, Ga., Ryan Bartee of Birmingham and LaWarren Swain, Cedric Swain and Norman Swain of Talladega; brother, Charles Shorter of Lithonia, Ga.; aunt, Rosie Lee of Hamilton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

VINCENT — Funeral service for Thomas C. Threatt, 87, will be Saturday at noon at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Clarence Carter officiating. Burial will be in Harpersville Cemetery.
Mr. Threatt died Feb. 10 at Brookwood Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Fair Threatt; sons, Eddie Threatt of Chicago, Ill., Jimmy Threatt of Fayetteville, Ga., William Threatt of Montevallo, Terry Threatt of Harpersville, Mark Threatt and Larry Threatt of Vincent, Rufus Threatt of Talladega, Gary Threatt of Bessemer and Arthur Threatt of Colbert; daughters, Ruth F. Threatt of Vincent, Roxie Mallory and Sandra Porch of Vincent, Frances Dates of Harpersville and Nettie Hightower of Birmingham; 51 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

TALLADEGA — Funeral service for Rosalind Robinson Wilson, 58, of 11 Russell Drive, will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Terry's Metropolitan Mortuary chapel with Pastor Pamela Calhoun officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson died Feb. 11 at Citizens BMC. She was preceded in death by her father, William L. Robinson Sr., and a sister, Rochelle Scott. She was a graduate of Central High School in Mobile and Carver State Technical College in Mobile. She retired from Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lee Wilson of Talladega; her mother, Leslie M. Robinson of Mobile; sisters, Toni R. Torrie and Margaret R. Stiell of Mobile; and brothers, William L. Robinson Jr., Marvin Robinson Sr. and Ricco Robinson Sr. of Mobile.
Pallbearers will be Julius Johnson, Adrain Johnson, Cletis Johnson and friends of the family.

ROCKFORD — Funeral service for Dorothy Justice Crew, 83, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Rockford Church of Christ with Brother Mike Ray officiating. Burial will be in Rockford City Cemetery.
Mrs. Crew died Feb. 11 at Chapman Health Care Center. She was born Sept. 8, 1920 in Austinville to John Cleveland Justice and Maggie Ann Pepper Justice. She was a member of Rockford Church of Christ and the Women's Club of Rockford. She loved sports and was a huge Auburn fan. She retired from Kimberly Clark, where she was the manager of the wood yard in Rockford. She was also the Chief Clerk for the Coosa County Commission and was a secretary for ALFA. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Sarah Roper, Margaret McCay and Frances McCaghren.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dink A. Crew of Rockford; son, Bill Crew of Rockford; daughters, Pam Doyle of Alexander City and Ann Hartwell of Daphne; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
The body may be viewed for 30 minutes prior to the service.

Mrs. Glidewell died Feb. 11 in Pell City.
She is survived by son, Sid Simmons of Ragland; grandchildren, Amy Golden and Ashley Simmons of Pell City; and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kolb died Feb. 11 at Jess Parish Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Parker.
She is survived by her husband, James Kolb of Cocoa, Fla.; daughter, Memory Sha Nix of Cocoa, Fla.; her mother, Elsie Parker of Sylacauga; brothers, Ricky Parker and wife Barbara and Tony Parker of Sylacauga; sisters, Connie Ragsdale and husband Chris of Sylacauga, Teresa McDowell and husband Mark of Lakewood, Calif., and Jill Blanchard and husband Clay of Sylacauga; six nephews; and two nieces.
