CLEVELAND, Ohio — Elsie Turner Moncrief, 84, formerly of Talladega, died Nov. 23.

VICTORIA ELIZABETH MONETTE
PELL CITY — Funeral service for Victoria Elizabeth "Tori" Monette, 2, was Tuesday at Usrey Funeral Home chapel in Pell City with the Rev. Joseph Lynn Adams officiating. Burial will be in St. Clair Memorial Gardens in Pell City.
The child died Nov. 22.
She is survived by her parents, Barbara Kristin Reid and Laurence R. Monette; sister, Katelyn Reid; her beloved grandparents, Kyle and Vicky Victory and Patricia M. Warrington; and her great-grandmother, JoAnn Victory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tori's name to Children's Place, 18200 Alabama Highway 174, Pell City, Ala., 35125; Children's Hospital PICU, 1600 7th Avenue S., Birmingham, Ala., 35233, attn: Memorial Donations or to the First United Methodist Church Daycare, 2200 3rd Avenue N., Pell City, Ala., 35125.
Pallbearers were Mark Johnson, Vince Warrington, Alan Shaddix and Lance Wilson.
Teachers at First United Methodist Daycare served as honorary pallbearers.

HEALON INEZ SIMPSON
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Funeral service for Healon Inez Simpson, 82, will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home chapel in Sylacauga with the Rev. Jack Simpson officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery
in Childersburg.
Mrs. Simpson died Nov. 24 at Colonial Nursing Home in Maryville, Tenn. She was preceded in death by a son, Sidney Simpson.
She is survived by son, Jackie Lee Simpson of Knoxville, Tenn.; daughter, Gayle Simpson of Birmingham; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Simpson Jr., Chad Benton, Jimmy Kelley, Glenn Kelley, James Parker and Baker Rich.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until noon.

TINA KOREEN WALDRUP
TALLADEGA — Funeral service for Tina Koreen Waldrup, 47, will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Usrey Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Glis Cribb officiating. Burial will be in Midway Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Waldrup died Nov. 24 at Citizens BMC. She was a natve of Little Rock, Ark., and had lived in Talladega most of her life. She was a member of West Side Baptist Church and attended Talladega Creek Baptist Church. She was retired from B.C. Taxi.
She is survived by her companion, Daniel White of Talladega; daughter, Casey New of Lincoln; son, David Len Waldrup of Talladega; her parents, C.B. and Bobbie Freeman of Talladega; sisters, Brenda Haynes and Connie Humphrey of Talladega, Barbara Wade, Marsha Phillips, Lisa Haynes and Toni Maciel of Houston, Texas, and Tracy Phillips of Jefferson, Ga.; brother, Greg Freeman of Houston, Texas; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

LINCOLN — Funeral service for Louise W. Curry, 78, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Lincoln with Pastor Joseph Stafford Rowser Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Curry died Nov. 24 at Baptist Citizens Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, five sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by one son, Larry Weed of Lincoln; one daughter, Taretha Elston of Lincoln; two sisters, Oneatha Jemison and Emma Broyles of Lincoln; one brother, John Henry Weed of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the church for one hour before the service.

JOHN FRANKLIN BURELL
CHILDERSBURG — Funeral service for John Franklin Burell, 75, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Marble City Baptist Church in Sylacauga with Pastor Tommy Reaves officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery
in Sylacauga.
Mr. Burell died Nov. 26 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham. He grew up in Lineville and later moved to Childersburg. He retired from Kimberly-Clark Corp. after 39 years of service. He was married for 52 years and was a member of Marble City Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Burell of Childersburg; three sons, Stanley Burell of Childersburg, Lemuel Burell of Oxford and Ashley Burell of Knoxville, Tenn.; and four grandsons.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga.

in Sylacauga.
Mr. Kelley died Nov. 26 at Coosa Valley BMC. He was a member of Estelle Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Kelley of Sylacauga; four sons, Hugh Kelley of Mobile, Mark Kelley of Semmes, Harvey Kelley of Georgia and Matt Kelley of Theodore; two daughters, Hazel Peoples of Georgia and Helen Fry of Georgia; one stepson, Louis Willard of Sylacauga; four brothers, Fred Kelley of Jonesboro, Ga., Harold Kelley of Sylacauga, Doyle Kelley of Sylacauga and Jack Kelley of Birmingham; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

VIRGINIA ROBINSON
SYLACAUGA — Funeral service for Virginia Robinson, 93, will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Shelvin Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony McGrady officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson died Nov. 27 at Baptist Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was born and raised in the Holly Springs Community and was a lifetime member of Shelvin Rock Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Douglas Robinson; one son, James Douglas Robinson; and three grandchildren, Teresa Landers, Charles Gary Landers and Eddie Robinson.
She is survived by one daughter, Virbie Sue Landers and her husband Charles of Fayetteville; one brother, R.S. Blankenship of Avon Park, Fla.; one daughter-in-law, Martha Robinson of Oak Grove; two grandsons, Mike Landers of Fayetteville and Douglas Robinson of New Orleans; two great-grandchildren, Seth Landers and Chase Landers; close friend, Cecile Jean Robinson of Fayetteville; two nephews; and one niece.
The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

JOHN ALEXANDER THOMAS
ANNISTON — Funeral service for John Alexander Thomas, 93, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Deryl Wood officiating. Burial will be in Post Oak Baptist Church cemetery in Alexandria.
Mr. Thomas died Nov. 26 at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital. He was a former resident of Alexandria and resident of Anniston for the past 10 years. He was employed as a butcher with Fites Trading Post, was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church and was a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by two wives, Fannie Hunter Thomas and Betty Carroll Thomas, and his parents, James and Florence Thomas.
He is survived by two daughters, Becky Thomas Miller and her husband Chucky of Anniston and Dawn Thomas Randall and her husband Owen of Alexandria; three sons, John Hunter Thomas and his wife Shirley of Huntsville, James Monroe Thomas and his wife Alice of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Homer Allen Thomas and his wife Becky of Alexandria; one brother, Mac Thomas of Louisiana; 10 grandchildren, Trey Miller, Ryan Miller, Ashley Rosenberger, Hunter Thomas, Michael Thomas, Chris Thomas, Kim McCully, Carrie Witham, Daryn Thomas and Shelly Steinberg; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Royce Johnson, Brian Badgett, Trey Miller, Ryan Miller, Michael Thomas, Hunter Thomas and Geoff Carroll.
Honorary Pallbearers will be deacons of Post Oak Baptist Church.
