Holt, Louise, age 88, of Birmingham, died December 23, 1999. She was a longtime m ember of Ruffner Valley Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Fur man H. Holt. Cannon, Harold L., age 62 of Birmingham, AL died Sun day, December 19, 1999. He was employed at Marks Forest Products Co. Harold's spiritual presence has ministered to many people over the course of his life and will continue to be felt by all who knew him. His immeasurable love for his wife, children, and family has proved greater than his life could show. He whole-heartedly supported Glen and Dorothy Wied's mission to Mexico. Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife of 39 years, Barbara L. (Spurlin) Cannon; sons, Dennis L. Cannon and Thomas L. Cannon; daughter, Maria Cannon Harbin, son-in-law, Brian L. Harbin; grandsons, Conner Lee Harbin and Trevor Luke Harold Harbin; sisters, Mary Tyus of Millbrook, AL and Glenda Singleton of Tuscaloosa; numerous favorite nieces and nephews, and many close spiritual friends. Moss, William Solomon "Paw", age 73, of Birmingham died Wednesday, December 15, 1999. He was retired from United States Steel after 30 years of service as a Burner/Laborer. He was a member of Roosevelt City Church of Christ. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed this sport whenever he was afforded the opportunity. He also enjoyed baby-sitting his grandchildren as well as other children that knew him. He was a Veteran U.S. Navy (Honorable Discharge). Lovell, Mr. Ernest M., age 77, of Moody, died December 18, 1999. He was a WWII veteran, retired from Bynum and a member of the Baptist Faith.
