Ford, Mrs. Lillie Lue Lyons She was a Panola native and longtime resident of the Pipe Shop community in Bessemer. Sis. Ford was a member of the Usher Board and Israel Williams Scholarship Committee at Antioch Baptist. Her earthly toils came to an end on March 26, 1999. Smoot, Ethel Lewis, age 89 of Huntsville, AL died Sunday, October 31, 1999 at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 12 noon at The First Baptist Church in Calera, AL, with the Rev. Dr. Rogers L. White officiating. Burial will be in First Baptist Cemetery Calera, with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Smooth was a retired teacher who taught in public and private schools.
