Griffin, Frank Howard, age 74, of Birmingham, passed away December 30, 1998. Mr. Griffin was retired from the Birmingham Fire Department and Sears Roebuck Downtown Store. He was a member and a Jr. Warden of St. John's Episcopal Church. Seltzer, Rev. Jesse, age 84, of Birmingham, passed away Monday, March 29, 1999. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church for 58 years, Pastor Dwayne Hurt. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. He was employed as Maintenance Supervisor for Homeland Vinyl Products and retired from St. Regis and Union Camp. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
