BRIDGEPORT, Ala. - Minerva Frances Gill died Saturday, March 6, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 90.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Bradley Talley, Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be today at 11 a.m. CST at Rudder Funeral Home with Bradley Talley officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Clara Evans
HUNTSVILLE, AL - Clara Sible Evans died Friday, May 21, 1999, at her home. She was 51.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Junior and James R. Evans.
Survivors include eight sisters, Edna Roach, Ider, Ala., Nancy Martin, McMinnville, Tenn., Norma Howell, Stevenson, Ala., Freida Shavers and Sandra Evans, Huntsville, Myrtle Shugart, Fort Payne, Ala., Eva Roberts, Flat Rock, Ala., and Brenda Beeler, Cornersville, Tenn.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. CDT at Rudder Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Underwood officiating.
Burial will be in Austell Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 9 p.m. CDT at the funeral home.
Lucille Lee
FLAT ROCK, AL - Lucille Taylor Lee died Friday, May 21, 1999, at her home. She was 75.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Lee; three daughters, Patsy Carter, Pisgah, Ala., Marsha Thornburg, Layton, Utah, and Marry Lee, Soddy-Daisy; brother, Jo Bill Taylor, Pisgah; five sisters, Lela Mae Smith, Trenton, Ga., Effie Laney and Alice Barnett, both of Pisgah, Tena Hayes, Flat Rock, and Katherine Keys, East Ridge; and three grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. CDT at Kerby Funeral Home with the Rev. Aries Kight and the Rev. Arland Weldeon officiating.
Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. CDT at the funeral home.

FORT PAYNE, AL - Mattie Patton Stewart died Wednesday, May 19, 1999, in Hermitage, Tenn. She was 92.
Services will be today at 10 a.m. CDT at First United Methodist Church in Fort Payne.
Burial will be at 4 p.m. CDT in Triune, Tenn.
Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Fort Payne.

PISGAH, AL - Ovalee L. Chadwick Cox died Monday, April 5, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 74.
She was the widow of Ira Lee "Ted' Cox.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Lawson, Flat Rock, Ala., and Sheila Bounds, Pisgah; a brother, Garland Chadwick, Pisgah; sister, Dinzle Meeks, Pisgah; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 3 p.m. CDT at Kerby Funeral Home with the Rev. Rodney Hammonds and the Rev. Phillip Webb officiating.
Burial will be in Fuller Cemetery, Ider, Ala.

STEVENSON, AL - Erskin Wheeler Gossett died Monday, April 5, 1999, at his home. He was 59.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. CDT at Rudder Funeral Home with the Rev. John Gamble and the Rev. Buster McCulley officiating.
Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Geneva Kinamon
FLORENCE, AL - Geneva Hendricks Kinamon died Sunday, April 4, 1999. She was 91.
Mrs. Kinamon was a charter member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Chattanooga, where she was a Sunday school teacher for 31 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Fate Kinamon.
Survivors include three daughters, Marie Maiden, Decatur, Ala., Frances Owen and Anitta Kinamon, both of Florence; a son, Charles Kinamon, Chattanooga; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held today at 2 p.m. in Chattanooga Memorial Park with the Rev. Donald Ferguson officiating.
Arrangements are by Elkins Funeral Home, Florence.
Wonnie Jones
FORT PAYNE, AL - Wonnie Jones died Tuesday, April 6, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 89.
She was the widow of Alton Jones and a member of Minvale Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Alvin Jones, Douglasville, Ga., and Armon Jones, Fort Payne; one daughter, Willodeen Bryant, Fort Payne; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Burt Funeral Home with the Rev. Alton Vaughn officiating.
Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
Byron Bailey
GROVE OAK, AL - Byron Chester Bailey died Tuesday, May 11, 1999, in a nursing home in Collinsville, Ala. He was 96.
He was a retired carpenter and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and Fyffe Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include three daughters, Mildred Taylor and Thelma Nelson, both of Fyffe, Ala., and Josephine Idell Bryant, Huntsville, Ala.; a son, Carl Limley Bailey, Marietta, Ga.; three sisters, Cleo Jennings, Birmingham, Ala., Grace Traylor, Fyffe, and Mary Ruth McBee, Atlanta; a brother, Virgil Bailey, Fitzgerald, Ga.; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Verlon Stiefel and other ministers officiating.
Burial will be in Greens Chapel Cemetery.
