Burial followed at Verbena Cemetery. Born on August 10, 1934 to Ocie H. Driver and Minnie Lee Driver, he died April 19, 2003 at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. Survivors include his wife Nancy Ruth Driver of Verbena; sons Jimmy Dewayne Driver of Richland, Wash. and Michael Duncan Driver of Spring, Texas; daughters Linda Grier of Deatsville, Cindy Coolman of Houston, Texas and Kathy Pace of Houston, Texas; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was the last surviving child of Lula and Sidney DeLoach. She was a member of Berney Points Baptist Church and a member of the Deborah Sunday School Class. She died on Sept. 7, 2000. survivors include her son, R. Byron Driver, Huntsville; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Driver.

Driver was born on Feb. 25, 1907, in Alabama, the daughter of the late Frank Todd and the late Molly Todd. She was a homemaker. She died on March 12, 2002, at Shelby Ridge Nursing Home in Alabaster. Survivors include one son, Jimmy Driver, Roanoke; Faye Jones, Verbena; one brother, Charles Todd, Birmingham; one sister Margie Turpin, Little Rock, Ark.; five grandchildren, Keith Greg, Pam Driver, Kathy Acton, Steve Jones, Kim Sledge; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bascom O. Driver; one son, Odis Driver, and one daughter, Louise Driver.

Funeral services were held Thursday at 2:00 P.M. at Mars Hill conducted by Rev. W. P. Lowery. Interment was in the Church cemetery with Spigener Funeral Home in charge. He is survived by one son, E. Duren of Clanton; eight daughters, Mrs. Eva Lowery, Mrs. Letchie Childers, Mrs. Vonnie Wilke, Mrs. Essie Martin of Jemison, Mrs. Eula Mims, Mrs. Sennie Smitherson, Mrs. Ross Sims, Mrs. Dona Allen of Sylacauga; one half-sister, Mrs. Jennie Miles of Georgia. Grandsons acted as pallbearers.
