IDLER, RAYMOND D., 68, of Haines City, Florida, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2003 at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. He was born on December 10, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA. He recently retired to Haines City, FL. He was a resident of Somers Point for 16 years, Wilmington, DE for four years and Troy, MI for 22 years. While residing in NJ he served on the Somers Point Board of Education and was involved in coaching little league. He was a dedicated employee of the Burroughs Corp., serving as branch manager in both the Philadelphia, PA and Southfield, MI offices. From 1987 to 2001, he was employed by DeLuxe Data Printers, Inc., Taylor, MI. He retired from there in July of 2001 as Sales Manager and Quality Control Officer of the Lottery Division.
Ray was a beloved husband and devoted father who will be remembered for his dedication to his family, friends and work. He is survived by his wife, Joanna (Clark), his son, Jeff and daughter in law, Verna, of Detroit, MI; his daughter, Linda and son in law, Gary Carter of Birmingham, Alabama; his mother, Lourice Idler of Margate; his sister, Linda Lipari of Egg Harbor Township, and six grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, Wabash and Poplar Avenues, Linwood. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be in Atlantic City cemetery, Pleasantville. Memorial tributes may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL. 33612.

CARINO, III, RALPH A., 29, of Washington Twp., passed away on January 26, 2003.
Devoted father of Anthony Boccuti and Taylor Carino. Beloved son of Ralph A. and Gail P. (nee Parsons) Carino Jr. Dear Godson of Joan and Mark Allen. Also survived by aunts and uncles.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Thursday 8:30 a.m. at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church Washington Twp. Interment Greenwood cemetery, Pleasantville.
Viewing Wednesday eve. 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations in Ralph's memory be made to the Ralph A. Carino III Children's Scholarship Fund Care of Commerce Bank, 491 Hurffville, Cross Keys Rd., Sewell, NJ 08080.

DAVIES, ALBERT W., 82, of Ocean City, died Sunday, February 2, 2003 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point.
Born in Philadelphia, PA he had lived in Willingboro, before moving to Ocean City 22 years ago.
Mr. Davies worked as an Instrument Teacher for ARCO in Philadelphia, PA for 35 years, retiring in 1976.
He was a member of Ocean City Lodge #171 F. & A. M. and St. Alban Lodge #529 F. & A.M., and the Crescent Shrine Temple.
Mr. Davies was a life member of the Willingboro Volunteer Fire Company, where he served as Fire Commissioner for six years. He was a member of Union Chapel By-The-Sea Church in Ocean City.
He is survived by his son, Craig A. Davies, of Westampton, a daughter, Janet E. Davies, of Mt. Laurel, three grandchildren and his companion, Martha Ryan, of Ocean City.
A Masonic Funeral Service will be offered Thursday morning at half past ten o'clock from the Godfrey Funeral Home, 809 Central Avenue, Ocean City, followed by a Christian Funeral Service at eleven o'clock, where friends may call from ten o'clock until the time of service. Burial will follow in Seaside cemetery, Palermo.
The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to Union Chapel By-The-Sea Church, 5501 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226.

MOBLEY, CLARENCE BARRY, "ABDUL BBARI", 52, of Pleasantville, departed this life and returned to his Lord on February 1, 2003 at his residence. Born in Atlantic City, he attended the local public schools and graduated from Atlantic City High School. He also attended Atlantic Community College of Mays Landing, St. Augustine College of Raleigh, NC and Glassboro State College, where he received a B.A. He was the former President of The Palaris Group, LLC, which was involved in the re-development of the Downtown A.C. Area, also he held the position of a Rehab. Counselor with the Institute of Human Dev elopement and as a former Inspector with the Casino Control Commission in 1978. Abdul Bari was lastly employed as a Journeyman Carpenter out of Carpenter's Local, #623. A member of the local Islamic Community, he was also affiliated with the Asiatic Moorish-American Science Temple.
Surviving are: three loving children, his daughter, Adiya Mobley; two sons, Jamaal and Tariq Mobley; his ex-wife, Pamela Garret Mobley, all of Egg Harbor Township; loving and devoted parents, Mary and Clarence Mobley, Sr.; one brother, Bruce Mobley and his wife, Juanita; four nephews, Cory, Bruce, Jr. and Julian Mobley and Arthur Bryant; a niece, Tinesha Bryant and a host of other loving relatives and many friends.
Janazah Prayers will be held today, February 4, 2003 at noon at The Soldier's Home, New York and Adriatic Aves. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Park of Mays Landing. Director of funeral, Mikal's (609-344-1131) Funeral Parlor, Inc.

PELLESH, PAUL, 87, of Brigantine, died on February 1, 2003. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Paul has been a resident of Brigantine for over thirty years and was a longtime parishioner at St. Thomas Church. He was the beloved husband of the late Regina "Rae" and dear brother of Marge Wilczynski. Also surviving are his cousins of Rose Parcels and Rose Bartolino. Relatives and friends are invited to Paul's life celebration and viewing Tuesday morning from 9-10 A.M. at St. Thomas Church, Brigantine. His funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:00 A.M. and Interment will be at Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona. Family Arrangements are by Keates-Plum Funeral Home, Brigantine, NJ. 609-266-3481. KARAS,SELDA, of Margate, died peacefully at home on February 2, 2003 in the midst of her family. Born in Vilna, Poland, she was a survivor of the Holocaust. After the war, she emigrated to the United States and was an area resident for over 50 years. She had been employed at the Pembroke Clothing Factory in Egg Harbor until its closing. She was a member of the Trocki M'Vilno Synagogue, which is named in honor of her family. She belonged to the Margate Chapter of Amit Women.
Mrs. Karas is predeceased by her brother, Jack Trocki. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Sam Schloima. Also surviving, her three daughters; Etta Rubinstein, of Patchogue, N.Y., Cila (David) Behr, of Northfield, and Mollie (Wayne) Magill of Longport. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Joseph Rubinstein, Mark Rubinstein, Alex (Deena) Rubinstein, Matthew (April) Behr, Steven (Dana) Behr, Barry Fine, and Nicole Magill, as well as four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Beth El Synagogue, in Margate, on Tuesday, February 4 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Holocaust Survivors' Section of Rodef Sholem cemetery. Shiva will be held at 402 N. Delavan Avenue, Margate. The family requests that contributions in Mrs. Karas' memory be made to the Trocki Hebrew Academy and the Margate Chapter of Amit Women.
Arrangements are by the Roth-Goldsteins' Memorial Chapel of Atlantic City, New Jersey.

MARINUCCI, RICHARD J., 56, of Margate, on February 2, 2003. Beloved husband of Angela (nee Giunta). Devoted father of Richard (Courtney) Marinucci Jr., Christa (Patrick) Mumman and Jennifer Marinucci. Also survived by one granddaughter Ava.
Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral, Thursday 8:45 a.m. from Murray-Paradee Funeral Home, 601 W. Route 70, Cherry Hill. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. at St. Peter Celestine Church, Cherry Hill. Interment SS Peter and Paul cemetery, Springfield, PA. CERVINO, ANTONIO, 75, of Weymouth Twp., passed away on February 1, 2003. Born and raised in Haddon Heights, he was a resident of the High Banks section of Weymouth Twp. After graduating from Gettysburg College, he served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was currently retired and enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kaye; two daughters: Virginia Lee Manzoni of Newfield and Kathleen M. Arbuthnot of Jupiter, FL, and three brothers: Joseph A. of Milford, Robert of Haddon Heights, and John R. of Norristown, PA.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, where friends may call from 12 noon until the time of the service.

O'DONNELL, HORTENSE (NEE HALY) , of Margate City. A school teacher in the Ventnor School District for 23 years, teaching Kindergarten.
Wife of the late J. Paul O'Donnell. Loving mother of John Paul O'Donnell and George O'Donnell. Sister of Catherine Haly and cousin Mary Fahy (Laurence). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

GELARDO, ALMA K. (NEE SCHMIDT) 84, of Vineland, died Saturday evening in the S.J.H. Newcomb Division after being in failing health. Alma was born in Philadelphia & was a longtime Vineland City resident. She was the daughter of the late Harry & Anna Schmidt.
Before retiring, Alma was employed by the Vineland Board of Education for nine years as a Cafeteria Worker. She had previously worked as a seamstress for 23 years. Alma was a member of the Moose Lodge Aux. #434 for 20 years.
She is survived by her lifetime companion: John Harvey Dayton, Jr., one daughter: Barbara Doris Bohn, Paris, TN. Two sons: Thomas Allen Weissman, Atco, Julius Conrad Weissman, Jr., Elmer. 13 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30pm on Wednesday in the Pancoast Funeral, 676, S. Main Rd., Vineland, where friends will be received from 11-12:30pm.
Burial will be in the Eglington cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.

CLARK, JAMES JOSEPH, 88, of Little Egg Harbor, died February 2, 2003 in Little Egg Harbor.
Born in Phila., PA, he moved permanently to Little Egg Harbor in the 1980's. He was the President of the Hotel Union in Phila., PA for 20 years until he retired in 1980. He was a communicant of St. Theresa's Church, Tuckerton.
He was predeceased by his wife Dolores. He is survived by his son James of Newtown Square, PA, daughter Geraldine Marie Gailliout of Mt. Laurel, grandchildren Theresa Marie Calvert, Cathryn Ann Clark, Michelle Jackson, Mark and Michael Gailliout; two great grandchildren, and a beloved friend Binnie Suess.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday 9:30 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church, Tuckerton, followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre cemetery, Phila., PA. Viewing will be on Wednesday morning from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Maxwell Funeral Home, 160 Mathistown Rd., Little Egg Harbor. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Great Bay Regional Emergency Services, Little Egg Harbor, N.J.

DURHAM, HERBERTA 84, of Millville, died Sunday morning at South Jersey Hospital Newcomb after an extended illness. Born in Philadelphia she had been a resident of Millville for 60 years.
Prior to her retirement she had been a sewing machine operator for Shapiro Clothing Co. in Vineland. Mrs. Durham enjoyed bird watching, gardening and crossword puzzles.
She was pre-deceased by her daughter Rosemarie Flocco. Survived by her loving husband Reynolds; two grandchildren Rosemarie and Vincent Vasile and Louis Flocco; four great grandchildren Christina, Vincent, Blaise Vasile and Vanessa Flocco; a nephew Ronald and Jancy Durham, Sr.; grand nieces and nephews Ronald and Margaret Durham, Jr. and Jason R. Durham; great grand nieces Dana and Emma Durham.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday in Barbetti Funeral Home, 2104 E. Main St. The burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Viewing Thursday from 10 to 11 AM. Memorial contributions to Millville Thunderbolt Club PO Box 1513, Millville NJ 08332.

NARDI, MARIE J., 86, of Cape May, died Saturday, February 1, 2003 at Presbyterian Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Born in Brooklyn New York, Mrs. Nardi resided many years in Ridgewood LI and Brooksville, FL, before moving to Cape May 12 years ago. She was a retired seamstress, and a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church in Cape May. Survived by her sisters-in-laws, Betty Hall of Petersburg and Mary Nardi of Brooksville, FL. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, Mrs. Nardi was predeceased by her husband Thomas in 1989. Private services and burial will be held at the National cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Arrangements are by the Langley-Loveland Funeral Home, Tuckahoe.

PATTERSON, SR., JOHN S. 92, of Barnegat Light, died Thursday, January 30 at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin. He was a retired Lt. Colonel serving in W.W. II with Army Intelligence. He served with the Army for over 20 years. He was an Engineer with Arco/Atlantic Oil, Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, he resided in Havertown, PA, moving to Barnegat Light in 1965. He was a member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Barnegat Light, The V.F.W. Post, a member of Sextant Lodge and the Manahawkin Senior Social Club. Mr. Patterson caught a record flounder of 18 lbs 6 oz. on a 16 lb. test line off Barnegat Light in 1988. He was predeceased by his first wife Florence S. Patterson in January 1979.
He is survived by his wife, Jean R. Patterson; son and daughter-in-law, Jack Jr. and Dolly, High Bar Harbor; daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Emil TumSUDEN, Surf City, and Lois G. and Ron Dissinger, Holmdel; step-sons and wives, Bill and Mae Wagner, Little Egg Harbor, and David and Heather; Brother, Heyworth, Clinton, Maryland; grandchildren, Eric TumSUDEN, Carl and Kim TumSUDEN, David and Nancy TumSUDEN, Lora and Jerry Wentwerth, Ginny Wagner, Diane and John Walsh, Carol and Marty Ryser, Chris and Kristin Patterson, Tracey and Chris Paulillo; great grandchildren, Christopher TumSuden, Emma TumSUDEN, Olivia TumSUDEN, Sophia TumSUDEN, Robert Walsh, Samantha Walsh, Devin Ryser, Taylor Ryser, Laura Patterson, Kady Patterson and Abbey Paulillo.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 8th at 2 P.M. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Barnegat Light. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Arrangements are by Wood Funeral Home, Tuckerton.
