JONES
Marsha Ann Jones, 47, Sunrise Beach, died Oct. 1, 1999, at her home.
She was born June 25, 1952, in Marshall, a daughter of Ernest R. and Mary R. Gordon Thomas. Her mother and stepfather, Mary and Russell Keith Barnes, survive in Independence. She was married Sept. 13, 1967, to Michael Lee Jones, who survives at the home.
She owned and operated Marti's Hair Designs in Sunrise Beach. She was a member of the Opened Door Christian Fellowship in Laurie.
Other survivors include: two sons, Michael Lee Jones Jr. and Thomas Edward Jones, both of the home; one daughter, Lisa Rene Taylor, Grain Valley; two brothers, Robert Milton Thomas, Centerview, and Larry Ray Thomas, Independence; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Opened Door Christian Fellowship. Pastor Jerry Piker will officiate. She will be cremated under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery, Laurie.
Memorials are suggested to the Missouri River Hospice, Versailles.
LARIMORE
Orville A. Larimore, 77, Prairie Home, died Sept. 30, 1999, at Riverdell Care Center, Boonville.
He was born Aug. 2, 1922, in Jefferson City, a son of Jesse and Lou Brown Larimore. He was married Nov. 30, 1942, in Centertown, to Ruth Pace, who survives at the home.
He was an ordained minister in the Church of God for 38 years, serving many churches and starting three new church works. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Other survivors include: three sons, Jerry Larimore, Osage Beach, Randy Larimore, Richwood, and Joshua Larimore, Boonville; two daughters, Deborah Holem, Prairie Home, and Sherry Storkel, Albuquerque, N.M.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. William Scott will officiate. Burial will be in Enloe Cemetery near Russellville.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today.
RAYBURN
Carmen Hildred James Robinett Rayburn, 86, Eldon, died Oct. 1, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 9, 1913, in California, a daughter of Elmer and Evalena Caldwell James. She was married in 1934 to Osby Robinett, who died in 1977. She was married in 1986 in Aurora Springs to Charles Rayburn, who died in 1991.
She was a member of Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon.
Survivors include: one daughter, Lorraine Richardson, Eldon; one sister, Wilma Bowlin, Woodland, Calif.; one brother, Gene James, Olean; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Alice Mattie Robinett, and one son, Melvin Jerome Robinett.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Aurora Springs Baptist Church. Pastor Ernie Buscher will officiate. Burial will be in Hickory Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home.

SCHMIDT
Mildred Naomi Schmidt, 59, Tipton, died Sept. 30, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 29, 1940, in Moniteau County, a daughter of John H. and Lola I. Purnell Stinson. Her mother survives in Clarksburg. She was married Nov. 26, 1966, in Tipton, to Jerome A. Schmidt, who died Feb. 12, 1970.
She was employed with Tipton Manor Nursing Home for 13 years. She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Tipton.
Other survivors include: one son, Anthony Keene, California, Mo.; four daughters, Judy Keene Boulden, Chillicothe, Angela Woolery, California, Janice Nease, Moberly, and Lola Bueker, Tipton; three brothers, Howard Stinson, Havre, Mont., David Stinson, Clarksburg, and Robert Stinson, Gravois Mills; four sisters, Juanita Raper, Kansas City, Ruth Ann Barbour, California, Marcella Tyler, Jefferson City, and Helen Ziesman, Gravois Mills; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three infant children, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Weber and Sons Funeral Home, California. The Rev. Henry Reichert will officiate. Burial will be in Hickman Cemetery, Clarksburg.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.

FULKS
Elmer "Vance" Fulks, 82, Camdenton, died Oct. 2, 1999, at Windsoe Estate Nursing Home, Camdenton.
He was born June 30, 1917, in Lynchburg, a son of William H. and Elizabeth Bradford Fulks. He was married June 27, 1947, in Olathe, Kan., to Henrietta Anderson, who survives at the home.
He was a graduate of Conception High School near Lebanon and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a railroad clerk at the Kansas City Terminal for 30 years.
Other survivors include: one son, Harvey Williams, De Soto, Kan.; two grandsons and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Dale Blair Cemetery, Camdenton.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
FISCHER-ZUMWALT
Betty Gail Fischer-Zumwalt, 55, Jefferson City, died Sept. 30, 1999, at her home.
Arrangements are incomplete at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Jefferson City.
CRAWFORD
Karl D. Crawford, 65, Tebbetts, died Oct. 2, 1999, at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1934, in Wheelersburg, Ohio, a son of Ernest and Letha Kaiser Crawford. He was married June 13, 1961, in St. Joseph to Betty Green, who survives at the home.
He was an Army veteran. He worked as a mechanic and operator and was a member of Local 513 International Union of Operating Engineers in St. Louis. He was a Baptist.
Other survivors include: two sons, Karl P. Crawford, Fulton, and Kevin Crawford, Tebbetts; two stepsons, Terry Hammontree, Edwardsville, Kan., and Steven Hammontree, Mount Home, Ark.; one stepdaughter, Lee Ann Caihar, Kansas City, Kan.; two brothers, Steve Crawford and Frank Crawford, both of Leavenworth, Kan.; four sisters, June Ward, Wakefield, Ohio, Dorothy Dunham, Piketown, Ohio, Pat Rockwell, Dayton, Ohio, and Ellen Jewett, Mount Sterling, Ohio; three grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Debo Funeral Home, Holts Summit. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Tebbetts.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.

MADDOX
Leslie "Wayne" Maddox, 86, Bonnots Mill, died Oct. 3, 1999, in Bonnots Mill.
He was born Oct. 3, 1913, in Fulton, a son of William and Mabel Moore Maddox. He was married Sept. 18, 1940, in Columbia, to Grace Lambeth, who survives at the home.
He was a 1931 graduate of McCredie High School. He was a lifelong Mid-Missouri farmer. He also did carpentry work.
Other survivors include, one son, John A. Maddox, Linn; two daughters, Peggy Barbarick, Jefferson City, and Carrie Lou Boelkes, Hartsburg; one step brother, John Millard, Fulton; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn. The Rev. David Krueger will officiate. Burial will be in Useful Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.

VAUGHN
Services were today for Catherine M. Vaughn, 83, Odessa, formerly of Jefferson City, who died Oct. 1, 1999, at Lafayette Regional Health Center.
She was born Aug. 9, 1916, in McAlester, Okla., a daughter of Walter W. and Catherine C. Bartley Mills. She was married in 1959 to Thomas G. Vaughn, who died in 1976.
A 1934 graduate of Higginsville High School, she was a housemother for Phi Kappa Psi, University of Missouri-Columbia. She owned and managed Friendly Tavern, Independence, and Vaughn Distributing Co.
She was a member of VFW Auxiliary Post 280, Columbia; the DAV, Kansas City Chapter; and H.G.L. Bridge Club and First Baptist Church, both in Odessa.
Survivors include: three daughters, Leanna B. Thompson and Valerie J. Lale, both of Odessa, and Amy C. Luebbering, Sunrise Beach; one brother, William G. "Bill" Mills, Lincoln; one sister, Pauline Cado, Spokane, Wash.; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services were at Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa. The Rev. Terry Hodges officiated. Burial was in Odessa Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Indiana University Hospital.
WHITTLE
Milvon Whittle, 65, Barnett, died Oct. 2, 1999, at his home.
He was born Feb. 18, 1934, in Morgan County, a son of Everett and Alpha Ellen Branch Whittle. He was married April 18, 1953, to Lebetta Luvin, who survives at the home.
He was a self-employed tree trimmer and log buyer. He was a member of Mount Nebo Church, Versailles.
Other survivors include: three sons, Ronnie Whittle, Eldon, Randy Whittle, Barnett, and Rodney Luvin, Columbia; four daughters, Debbie Sieling, Belinda Byrd and Brenda Draeger, all of Eldon, and Bonnie Lada, Bagnell Dam; one brother, Wilford Whittle, Barnett; one sister, Lula Capps, Stover; 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
One grandson preceded him in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles. The Rev. Frank McGuire will officiate. Burial will be in Big Rock Cemetery, Barnett.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
WILLIAMS
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Capital City Christian Church for John McKibbin Williams, 48, Jefferson City, who died July 30, 1999, at Carondelet Manor, Kansas City.
His remains were donated to the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine.
